The Union Podcast is a safe space for the wedding industry to come together. We dish on tips and tricks to help wedding industry pros better serve their clients and build flourishing businesses. By giving engaged couples a behind the scenes peek into the wedding industry, we also aim educate and empower couples so they can plan their wedding like a boss on any budget.

The show is hosted by two Southern California wedding planners who have each taken unique approaches to their businesses, allowing them to connect and serve thousands of engaged couples each year.

Jamie Wolfer of JW Coordination joins the podcast line-up to share her insightful and joyful perspective on weddings which she's shared on her wildly popular YouTube channel. Having built a business around celebrating one of the most joyous days in people's lives, Jamie has a heart for budget-minded couples and brings weekly wedding tips and tricks to her viewers in an effort to ease stress, save money, and maintain sanity. She serves the Southern California area and beyond with her wedding planner magic, and loves working one on one with treasured clients.

When she's not hollering wedding tips at a camera or hanging with her couples, she enjoys hanging with her three kids and husband, tending to her massive amount of houseplants, drinking her body weight in chai lattes, and vlogging all the chaos along the way.

Heather Loree Fier of The Wedding Hacker joins the mix as an author and budget wedding expert to share perspective on how vendors can better serve budget-minded couples and build stronger businesses along the way. After her event marketing company was acquired in 2018, Heather shifted her focus to the type of event she really loved - weddings! She had run a successful side-business as a wedding planner for seven years but is now ready to shake things up!

Wanting to service engaged couples on slim budgets who weren’t getting much love from the wedding industry. She started pouring her money-saving knowledge into her book and business, The Wedding Hacker.

Alongside her husband, Joe Fier, she’s living the entrepreneur life to the max. Her mama’s heart opened up the wild ride of hosting six foster children over two years. 2019 brings the long-awaited adventure of a biological child. Heather loves getting outside, so you might spot her hiking the trails of San Diego with the pups or playing some pickleball with the family.

Together with special guests, Jamie and Heather chat about important issues that matter to the wedding community while simultaneously pulling back the curtain for a behind the scenes view for engaged couples.
