- Our behavior must reflect our position
- Sin takes you further than you want to go and keeps you longer than you want to stay.
- It's better to kill it when you can before it gets out of hand.
Be intentional to not entertain sin even when its small. We cannot co-exist with sin; it's impossible. We have to make the decision to walk the other way and to continue to pursue holiness. Holiness is not unattainable, God's grace will always lead us, we have to make a conscious decision each day to walk in righteousness.

Sometimes we get to a place in our lives with sin that we think we can handle it, when thats exactly what the enemy wants us to think. He wants us to fall in love with what you can't handle. If you can see the invisible you can do the impossible.

We pray you had an joyous and peaceful Christmas! On Christmas Eve Pastor Garrett Cuzick spoke on “Divine Invasion”. “The celebration of the En-fleshing of God at Christmas is nothing less than a divine invasion of creation by the creator for the purpose of rescuing all of humanity”
This Christmas we witnessed two people giving their life to the Lord. That’s what Christmas is all about. God sent His son to be the rescuer of the lost and broken.
"God blesses right priorities."-Pastor Garrett Pastor Garrett Cuzick shared three crucial points to helping us as parents "Raise Them Right". 1. Expose them to the joy of knowing God personally. 2.Expose them to the presence and power of God in His church. 3.Expose them to the thrill of being used by God.
This weekend at Gathering Place Church we learned that 1. Gods plan is AWLAYS BIGGER than my plan and 2. Gods plan is INFINITELY BETTER than my plan.

Pastor Garrett asked us this question "Would you rather have a huge house and a nice car or a house full of love, joy and peace?" You cannot put a price tag on Gods blessings on your life. The cheapest thing God can give back to us is money.

"When we pray we can't wrap our prayers in a BLT sandwich..Bless Me, Love Me, Take Care of Me. Sometimes our prayers are driven by our own selfish desires. Pastor Garrett asked us this question...If your prayers were answered, would they change just your life or the life of others? Ask yourselves if your praying for others, our nation. Our prayer life must be broader than ourselves."
