Do we truly need to live a life of no attachment? Detached? How is that even possible? Finding what makes sense and grants, even if just an ounce of, peace with this.
This week we're taking a look at how our own creation of expectations is often the underlying reason for a lot of our struggles or suffering.
Turns out we're expecting, even when we don't expect we're expecting. So how do we get ourselves to stop expecting so much?
