Development economist, Haifa Fahoum Al Kaylani, is the Founding Chairman of The Arab International Women’s Forum and holds senior roles in many cultural, commercial, educational and international organisations. Haifa is a committed women’s right advocate who has a well-deserved reputation in not only governments and businesses but also NGOs and on a global level too.
Rasha Khawaja, the founder and CEO of Toucan and The Nest, is also an active member of the advisory board of Innovation RCA and the development and strategy board of the ZSL. Rasha sits on the board of the Oxford Business School as well as the Oxford Global Leadership Council and is a Founding Ambassador on the Prince's Trust Women Supporting Women Council and works closely with Save The Children. She is dedicated to a number of charities and sits on the board of ‘The Playing for Change Foundation.’

Alanoud was bestowed a knighthood by the French Government for her effort in promoting women's rights in the region and was chosen as one of the 100 most influential and inspiring women in the world by BBC for 2019/2020.
Diana Hamade is the Founder and Managing Partner of Diana Hamade Law Firm, which is a boutique litigation and arbitration firm that specializes in both Family law and business. She was recognised by Thomson Reuters as the Most Influential Female Lawyer in the UAE and as the Best Legal Writer by The National.
Meera Al Mheiri, a graduate with the highest distinction in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Khalifa University, is the first Emirati female to work as a Nuclear Safety Inspector in the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Authority. Meera was appointed as UAE’s Youth Ambassador to Germany and as a member of the Emirates Youth Council to identify challenges facing youths and to develop strategies to overcome them.
Her Excellency Dr Nawal Al-Hosany is the Permanent Representative of the UAE to the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) since April 2018. Prior to this, she was the Executive Director of Sustainability at Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company, and the Director of the Zayed Future Energy Prize, the UAE’s annual global awards for renewable energy and sustainability.
