There is nothing more inherently risky than real estate. It's typically the biggest allocation of money that people have in their portfolio. Real estate has always been a tough sell because of the risk associated with it from an investment standpoint. Renters Warehouse is enabling the consumer to spread some of that risk out and transfer it to someone else. Meanwhile, enabling the public to use the real estate market as an exchange.
