I am patiently waiting for Jesus Christ to return because I’m eagerly longing to be home with God forever on the new earth.
Jesus Christ’s resurrection gives believers the assurance that we will immediately be in God’s presence the moment we die.
Because I have received God’s mercy, I am compelled to show mercy and proclaim the good news of Jesus.
My disobedience always leads me to difficulties. Hating my enemies leads to separation from God and my neighbors.
We must lovingly challenge brothers and sisters in Christ to live from their new identity in Christ.
We honor the image of God in us by responding to the sacrifice of Jesus and living a life of becoming like Jesus.
People will not know the good news of the Kingdom of God unless someone tells them about that good news. Share the gospel story of the Kingdom of God.
The Church is the community where I can be served and can serve. This equips and positions me to be on mission to BLESS.
A place at a table is a place where you are accepted. Being accepted is the good news of Jesus.
In Pastor Kasey Robinson's message, he emphasizes the importance of being a disciple who makes disciples, inspired by the rhythms of mission and disciple-making taught by Jesus. He encourages believers to listen to people's experiences, hurts, and hopes, building trust and engaging in relationships to share the gospel. The teaching underscores that through prayer and the Holy Spirit's guidance, Christians can fulfill God's mission of spreading His glory and blessings across the world - starting in our own neighborhoods.
I am called into Jesus’ mission to BLESS everyone, everywhere, by being a disciple who makes disciples.
Jesus invites us to believe in Him, into the life He offers, and to join Him on mission to change the world.
Knowing the glory and peace that await us in eternity offers us the patient endurance and strength needed to face whatever comes our way.
When we deny ourselves, die to ourselves, and then commit completely to Jesus’ way of life, we discover our true identity which is firmly rooted in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. Then we capture the hope that the life we gain with Jesus now and in eternity is worth the life we lose by sacrificially denying ourselves.
Every lie we believe can be overcome by trusting in the restorative forgiveness of Christ.
God’s love and justice creates a new community of reconciliation marked by forgiveness.
Trusting in God’s measure of justice on all sin gives us the grace and freedom to forgive others.
God redeemed Ruth and her loneliness to work His greater purpose. Through Ruth’s lineage, Jesus Christ would become the Guardian-Redeemer for all humanity. Jesus brings the lonely home.
Those who endure the wilderness of loneliness will be comforted, and those who have been rejected will inherit the Kingdom of God.
We can rest in the truth that God is with us everywhere, all the time, because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. God powerfully works when we rely on our faith, not our feelings.
Loneliness is a gift that leads me to Jesus and allows me to experience His greater grace.
When Jesus is our Victorious King, we experience the joy of His love, and we will stand in awe of His power.
Jesus is the King who saves all who trust in Him as the truth by giving them the Kingdom of God.
Jesus endured suffering so He could become our loving King who Saves. We share in Jesus’ suffering when we endure suffering for the glory of God and for the sake of others.
Although the Hebrews believed the Messiah would be a political and military leader, Jesus came to change the hearts and minds of all of humanity. When we recognize why Jesus came and preached repentance, we can begin to see God’s love for us revealed through His Son, Jesus.
Jesus fought the power of temptations to conquer the evil that enslaves humanity in the darkness of eternal death. Jesus defeated temptation with the power of God’s Spirit and the power of the God’s Word. By defeating every temptation, Jesus was given the power and the authority to transform the hearts of sinners through the light of His good news.
Jesus is the Sovereign King who reveals God to us and brings us into the Kingdom of God.
Jesus endured the cross of shame, bearing its humiliation, so we could become children of God. We experience God’s joy as His kids. A joy that shame has no power to take away.
It takes humility to deny myself, daily die to myself, and follow Jesus to glorify Him and experience true life.
By putting our trust in Jesus, we are made significant and free to live to make Jesus' name great.

Jesus is called the Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
Jesus perfectly reflects the Father in heaven. He has three prominent roles which invite us to a response of surrender. These three roles will allow Jesus to “settle” and heal our brokenness, just like the people of Israel in Isaiah’s time.
Whatever struggle you have in this advent season, Jesus teaches us that we can trust Him. There is no brokenness we can experience that is too big for our Eternal Father to help us in. Jesus’ life and sacrifice provides a perfect picture of how our Father in Heaven sees us as His creation. He loves us.
This advent season is the perfect time to surrender all things to Jesus, and let Him give you new life in return.
When we worship God, both as a community of believers and individually, we sing; we have joy; we extol Him; and we thank Him. Worship becomes our response as we understand who God is.
Grace-based giving is our response to God’s blessings. The multifaceted impact of grace-based giving meets real needs, glorifies God, and fosters unity among Christians.
God is boundless in His generosity and His desire for us to excel in the grace of giving. This message is woven into scripture. Our call to be faithful stewards has a profound impact on those around us. As we use our blessings for acts of generosity, we inspire others to acknowledge God's grace through our giving!
True joy is experienced when we fully depend on God. Being fully dependent is a mindset with practical action. The Apostle Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 9:6-9 reinforces that generosity is the expression of our dependence, gratitude, and willful desire to trust God in all things. Out of this mindset and action, we honor God and experience His joy. A cheerful giver is loved by God and blessed abundantly.
True generosity begins with a desire, and it is matched with the action of giving. When desire and action align with God’s purpose, they are powerful.
As we learn about God, we discover He is generous, and we respond to the grace of His generosity by learning the spiritual discipline of giving generously.
Some people leave a legacy of wealth, some of accomplishments, some of relationships, and others leave legacies they probably wouldn’t be so proud of. What kind of legacy do you hope to leave through your life?
Because of His love for us, we can receive a power that is not our own; it is a power from the Holy Spirit that stands up in the face of a world that can and will beat us down. It is a power that brings joy regardless of circumstance, joy in the face of the lies of the world, and a defiant joy that is an inheritance for all those who call upon the name of Jesus, submit to Him as Lord, and receive Him as Savior.

Hope is motivating and life-giving. Hope is what keeps us believing, keeps us persevering, and keeps us joyful. Hope is why we remain faithful.
Humility and prayer go hand in hand. It takes humility to pray; and the more you pray, the more humility you will have. One leads to the other. Or, without more of one, you won’t have more of the other.
When we trust that God is with us in our suffering, we discover something more powerful and meaningful than having God rescue us out of our suffering.
What we say to the next generation doesn’t stick like what they see in us. The next generation is looking for those with integrity and credibilty to model their lives and faith after.
It is hard to honor someone when you don’t believe in them. Daniel had a resilient faith in God and he was unwavering in his faithfulness to honor God above all else.
We process more information in one day than those over 5 decades ago processed in a whole year. While we live in a world with access to unlimited knowledge in our pockets or purses, our culture lacks the wisdom to process this information. Daniel and his three Hebrew colleagues were educated and trained in the culture of Babylon. They had something that made them stand out in this culture who was resisting God—wisdom. A Daniel Generation seeks God’s wisdom for the knowledge they’ve acquired. Scripture informs us that wisdom comes only from God so when we need wisdom, we can seek Him for the wisdom we need. The Daniel Generation shines brighter because their wisdom stands out.
We all are exiles in a type of Babylon. The story of Daniel is part of an exilic thread in scripture that models for us unwavering faithfulness to God in a culture that is resisting God.
God’s family is His plan to accomplish His mission on earth. Jesus started His church, God’s new family, and He called the church to go.
The church who has the confidence in God to pray with anyone about anything is the church through whom God powerfully works.
Want to know what the key to life is?. Jesus came to show us the key to living and modeled how to rely on this key.
We cannot love God if we don’t love His Church. Loving one another is the testimony to the world of God’s love for us, and a demonstration to God of our love for Him.
Knowing who we are determines what we do. The church is to show the world what the love, justice, and peace of God is meant to be. When we forget who we are, we won't show the world who Jesus is.
We follow the example of the Good Shepherd as we care for others. It has been said that without the tangible presence of care there cannot be the tangible presence of community, and that a simple act of caring for others has the potential to be simply heroic.
Everyone who calls upon Jesus as Lord is given certain gifts and passions that are meant to drive you to engage the world with the Good News.
What is your passion? What is your calling? Who are you drawn to help?
By assuming human form, Jesus came to meet us where we are at. He walks with us everyday and wants us to be a permanent member of his family because he loves us.
The high price that God paid through giving up his only son as a sacrifice is only worth it when we accept our invitation to be adopted into the family of God.
We now live in a culture that is hostile to God and wants to shut God out of public life. How then do we raise up a next generation of resilient Christ followers to have a faith that stands out in the midst of a culture that is shutting God out?
We are tempted to believe that finding our identity in anything or anyone other than God will give us the joy we desire.
We experience worry and fear in our relationships and situations because we are missing something. We are missing peace.
To waste the haste, we must simplify and slow down. Both requires self-discipline and self-control.
Many people are unable to be alone with themselves or even be alone with God. Solitude and silence help us eliminate life’s distractions to discover God’s voice and direction for our lives.
When does a good thing become not so good? We must be ready to say no to good things in order to say yes to something greater God has in store.
Nothing will rob the joy and peace that Jesus died to give us faster than a discontent soul. All of our hurry is tied to our discontentment.
We live a busy life. A busy life doesn’t mean we need to have a hurried life. It is when we become hurried that we squeeze God out of our lives.
Jesus made one last appeal to the religious elite the week He suffered and died. It was an appeal that offered life and one that warned of judgement for all who ignore or reject it.
A man had two sons.... Most of us are familiar with the story of the prodigal son. But what was Jesus’ purpose in telling this parable to the Pharisees and teachers of the law?

We encounter warnings everyday. We are exposed to so many warnings that we might become desensitized to even really valid warnings. Jesus issues a warning that we should slow down, listen to, consider, and heed. (Special Guest, Lance Coffman from Wallula Christian Church)
Self-righteousness doesn’t wear well on people. It is like a people repellent. Sin doesn't wear well on people either. This story that Jesus tells is good news who all who humbly receive Him.
Worry is in each of us. So is greed. They are often connected. The Kingdom of God is good news for those who are are worried.
Who is good enough for heaven? How do we get eternal life? Who is our neighbor? Those who have been loved much, love much.
Jesus was a master at telling stories. His stories had a purpose: to give us an understanding of the good news of the kingdom of God. It is because of the resurrection of Jesus that we can trust the good news of God’s kingdom.
Our culture teaches us to avoid failure and hide our weaknesses.Jesus models that when we lead from our limp, we discover God’s wisdom and power in our weaknesses.
We become stuck in life, bound by learned behaviors that keep us from experiencing freedom and joy. Jesus is able to break the powers of our yesterdays and yesteryears when we come to Him.
Grief will come to each of us as we experience loss. It can be overwhelming to our grief so we supress it. What if there was a treasure buried in our grief?
We tend to measure spiritual maturity based on how much knowledge someone has. Jesus has one measure or mark of spiritual maturity, and it is His only benchmark to identify those who are a part of God’s family.
We don’t like being limited. We are always pushing the limits. However, when we don’t embrace our God-given limits we suffer or we cause others to suffer.
Do you follow a person of Jesus made in your image? Or, do you follow the crucified Jesus who promises life?
When our priorities are disordered, our emotional health and our relationships suffer the consequences.
Many people are exploring many solutions to be happy. Scripture shows us the one circumstance that outweighs the pain and brokenness of life and brings us great joy.
We learn in Scripture that joy is not controlled by circumstances. Joy is given to us by Christ as we grow to become more and more like Jesus.
Love requires sacrifice. There is no way around it. Without sacrifice love is just words. Sacrifice is where love becomes a verb and is put into action.
People who pursue righteousness and justice are peacemakers. Because Jesus waged peace for us, we are to do what is right and just and make peace with others.
To lose hope is to lose heart. If we can pray, we can still hope. Faith is trusting in who God is and hoping in what He can do. We can share hope by praying with one another.

The church is not supposed to make it difficult for people who are far from God to find God. The Holy Spirit empowers and guides us to expand God's kingdom by making disciples who are loving Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and sharing Jesus.
To be controlled means we don't have control. Many people don't want God to have control because that means they have lost control. In order to have an unshakeable faith, we must fully surrender to Jesus as Lord.
When we place our trust in Jesus, God lives within us through His Spirit and He gives us an unshakeable boldness to pursue His purpose.
An unshakeable community is devoted to Jesus' church and Jesus' mission because they are devoted to Jesus.

The Bible is the Truth of God and all other truth is subject to it. This is a bold declaration in society today. We live in a day where we are bombarded with ideas that truth is relative to circumstances, feelings, or modern thought. But, know the Bible and you will know Truth and you will know how to respond to yourself and to others in truth and in love.
We don't fight a battle against flesh and blood. People are not the enemy. We fight for people and Paul gives us the instruction on how we contend with those who are misled by lies.
Why do we believe a lie even when the evidence is stacked against it? When you follow Jesus, you will be set free from living a lie and you will be able to crucify, not gratify your "selfleshness."
Truth is reality. Lies are unreality. Without truth, there is no standard for justice. Jesus called Satan the Father of Lies. He is a murderer who wants humanity to follow any other way than Jesus' way. To trust and obey Jesus as truth is the only way to experience life and be set free from Satan's lies.
There is a war on truth. Satan wants to deceive us with lies that tease our sinful, selfish, desires, so He can neutralize us and keep us from from knowing the truth about Who God is and the truth about who we are. We will not be deceived. We will stand ready. This is war.
