I would say that the majority of us long for closeness. and a lot of the time we put up barriers purely because we are not sure of the results that we may get. in order to preserve our feelings we become fearful about what people may do or say yet this is to our own detriment. Allow ourselves to breath express yourself. You might actually like it.

Black lotus in the studio Speaking Music, enterprise and consciousness
Black lotus is an independent music group that established itself in early 2017.
The collective was founded in North London as an independent record label by brothers Marjaque and Janache John-Baptiste.
These two brothers have grown up around music and even have a multitude of artists in their family, some of whom have been in the charts.
They both enjoy making music together and some of their influences include J Dilla, Pete rock, Digable Planets, KRS 1 and many more.
They aim to educate and unify people through the medium of music.

There are many reasons why we will not find it in our hearts to forgive someone that has wronged us.

Life is precious Say no to Suicide.
This is a very sensitive subject however January is a month where many people contemplate this very thing.
There were 6,859 suicides in the UK and Republic of Ireland in 2018, The highest suicide rate in the UK, and England, is among men aged 45-49.
In the UK, suicide rates among young people have been increasing in recent years. The suicide rate for young females is now at its highest rate on record.
Suicide is the biggest killer of young people2. In 2018, 759 young people took their own life in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Every single one of these deaths is a tragedy that devastates families, friends and communities.
It does not have to end like this there are ways in which to deal with the overwhelming feelings that one may feel brining them to the verge of suicide.
