How do you start your day? Are you in control, or is the day controlling you? In Episode 2, I spend some time going through my morning routine that sets up my day for success. I’ve won the morning, and the day is going to be mine! The entire routine takes 45 minutes and involves coffee, journaling, 30 seconds of meditation, shower, and lots of food. I hope this helps you!
