Join the weekly NCAA Division 3 East Region Football recap show hosted by Frank Rossi and James Baker "In the (D3FB) Huddle," where they'll be covering all the season's weekly game results, interviews, and in-depth analysis of the nine conferences of the East Region, including the NESCAC, each week!
Frank and James bring their passion for Division III college football to you every Sunday and an intimate knowledge of the East Region landscape. Frank has been a Division III football commentator for Union College Football and for D3football.com since 1995, and James is a former defensive back for Hobart in the early 1990's.
They know the teams, they know the game, and they know how to talk....so join them, "In the (D3FB) Huddle!!!"
Frank & JB wrap up Season 18 and the 2025 D3FB season with a great show in which they look back once again at the Stagg Bowl and what has happened to the teams since, and they begin to look forward to the 2026 season. In that preview, they discuss challenging schedules and interview Rowan Head Coach Pat Ruley, who reveals his team’s Week 1 game against a national powerhouse.
The guys run through all of the coaching changes announced over the last months, and they also look at the entire D3FB environment inside the national college football context with RedditCFB’s Bobak Ha’Eri. Finally, Frank and JB give some predictions for the 2026 season.

As we said in our Tuesday show, we have interviews with recently-announced Head Coaches at two major programs in Upstate New York. First, Frank & JB discuss Tom Blumenauer's move from Franklin & Marshall to Cortland, as he takes over for Curt Fitzpatrick following the Red Dragons' playoff run in 2024 and National Championship in 2023. Then, they talk with former Morrisville Head Coach Ed Raby about his exit to St. John Fisher after former Head Coach Paul Vosburgh's retirement.

After their Twitter poll concerning Spring Football received over 1,300 responses, Frank & JB wanted to review the pros and cons of the different Spring Football proposals currently being considered by over 200 schools that have canceled their Fall 2020 #d3fb season.
However, they also wanted to discuss the American Rivers Conference's decision to still play in the fall -- the only conference to make such a decision at the conference level since July 15th. ARC Commissioner Chuck Yrigoyen discussed the conference's rationale for bucking the trend of conferences punting football to Spring 2021.

Guess again. "Deeks" has overcome enormous obstacles in his life on the road to becoming one of the best #d3fb kickers in the country over the past two years -- it's a story that you absolutely have to hear to believe.
Frank & James ask Nick about his road to Endicott, the progression of his kicking career, his relationship with his teammates and family, and, of course, about his real opportunity to continue his career at the professional football level. At 7:30 ITH will host Dr. Tony Strickland, Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Strickland is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with considerable experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of concussion and related disorders. Dr. Strickland has been a recent guest on ESPN's "Outside The Lines" as well as a guest on the NFL Network discussing sports related head injuries. We will discuss the proliferation of sports-related head injuries and what is being done, as well as hearing Dr. Strickland's thoughts on what SHOULD be done at all levels of amateur and professional sports.
