I didn't intend to write or record anything today. Events of the day made it necessary. I felt the need to do this one. I hope you listen.
Back at work for a few days after the summer that wasn't. Likely the last dispatch. No one listening, so not much point in spending the time to record anymore.
Most people have very little idea about where Asteriskville actually is, let alone what happens here. Tech is one of the driving forces behind the economy of this city. Time to learn a little more.
After a brief break, this dispatch from Asteriskville is about what I saw while away. There are some things that were surprising.
As some things in Asteriskville change, others go back to what they were. How far do they go?
For a city like no other, Asteriskville has some things that are similar to most big cities. It is the differences that make it good.....
Parts of life are becoming mundane, but not necessarily normal. There is a reason for it....guess what it is.
A bit of a catch-up for what's going on in Asteriskville. Boring? Maybe. The same as before? You tell me.

Living in Asteriskville creates choices, but they sometimes come from a complete lack of choice.
2020 is the Year of the Asterisk and every book will have facts populated by that lovely little symbol, so why not just call it home. Asteriskville.
A lot has changed over the last 90 days. From where things were to where they're going, so much has changed.
Looks like there will be some serious changes coming. It isn't a bad thing during the continued "Great Adjustment".
By February 6, there had been a few changes in Shenzhen, but bigger changes were coming....
It started with a message that led to a long, interesting and important phone call. Happening now and not in the rear view mirror.
This is a break from the story to deal with a few pressing things. I hope I can give some sound advice and hope it helps.
