On today's episode, we have a Registered Dietitian who works with GOAL - Robin!  (Or "RO" as she likes to be called :) )  Throughout the episode, we will be talking about something called the Division of Responsibility; an evidence-based feeding concept to help parents set boundaries and help children learn to listen to their fullness and hunger cues.  Listen as we navigate different scenarios that parents often struggle with, such as the picky eater and different tools to help parents implement this concept in their homes.  Search "Get Onboard Active Living" on Facebook for updates and contact information if you have questions or a specific situation you'd like us to address in another episode.
