Some of my hobbies/interests include fragrances, reading, music, singing, hanging out with friends, playing audio games, eating out, and shopping both online and in person. This week was my last week of working part time. I cannot believe it. I have been doing this for four years.
In this episode, I talk more about the new job I will be doing. I finished up the paperwork I needed to and I got my new work phone.
In this episode, I talk about a ton of updates. I know it has been several weeks, but it was good to have a break.
So in this episode, I talk about my credit card being hacked. It is really annoying when that happens.
This week I had mobility and dinner with some friends. And I talk about other things as well.
I finished my Easter shopping for the most part. So I explain what I got everyone who I needed to get things for.
Today I had another dentist appointment. I had a filling that partially came out. I also had mobility this week.
In this episode, I talk about my Europe trip, and how Valentine’s Day was among other things.
So I decided I can’t go to Europe, and I explain why. I also talk about what happened with paratransit partnering with Uber and Lyft.
It was my birthday on Monday so I was celebrating, and I also decided that I’m going to start recording monthly instead of weekly because of the lack of substance in each episode.
Since we didn’t get snow last year, we are due for snow this year I suppose. Since we had two snowstorms in one week.
In this episode, I talk about my mobility lesson and how that went. I also talk about a phone interview.
I am going to be looking for another job and I also talk about a Europe trip. I will be taking over the summer.
I am taking a little break from recording until the new year. So this is my last episode for this year. I can’t believe it. I remember when we were ringing in the year and I was doing my first episode talking about my goals for this year.
So I had a mall adventure with my friend this week, and someone gave me an Amazon echo as a gift.
We had my dad‘s surprise party last weekend and it was a good party. I also talk about why I didn’t record last week.
This week I got my haircut and it was not that hard to go back to work after my staycation as I didn’t have too many clients.
I started my Christmas shopping and I did some birthday shopping for my mother. Also, my passport came this week.
I went out with my friend and experience yet another Access Link ride from hell. Also, my mom is going to be an Instacart shopper, so I talk about that as well.

This week I updated my Mac to the latest Mac OS. I also talk about how to make these chocolate chip cookie bars that I found on Facebook.
I know this is very short, but I didn’t work much this week, and I talked about a few other things as well.
I didn’t really work much this week, but I have some vacation updates and other things.
I renewed my passport this week. It’s funny because I had a regular one for all this time and didn’t even know. I also talk about a weird issue. I’ve been having with my phone.
My trip to Florida was amazing! We had an epic time! This is about an hour and 40 minutes long.
It is the night before my vacation and I was just doing some very last minute things. I decided to do this in just one episode because otherwise it would’ve made the vacation one too long.
This one is longer than usual, but it is the week before I leave for vacation so several trip preparation’s happened.
Between putting my dog to sleep and the bug incident the other day, I had a rough week.
In this episode, I talk about an issue with our vacation. Hopefully I still end up going.
I know this episode is very short, but I am going to be very busy next week so next weeks episode will be longer.

Between getting caught in the rain twice and being extremely busy with work this week, things have been crazy.
I went out for dinner with my friend this week, and I also am showing what I have packed for my vacation so far.

Today I had a dentist appointment and this week. I also experienced a crazy Access Link trip.
This week on one of the days I had to work I did not have a driver so I couldn’t. I talk all about that.
At my NFB meeting, I ran for the chapter secretary. I unfortunately didn’t get it but there’s always next year.
I only worked one day this week. It was nice to have the time off but at the same time if I don’t work, I don’t get paid.
This week I focus on planning a vacation with friends. I plan to walk you all through it as I planned this trip. It’s going to be a lot of fun and quite challenging as all three of us are completely blind, and we will have no sighted person with us, but we are willing to overcome our fears. I talked about where I am going, and I can’t wait to take you all through the planning process!
In this episode, I talk about what I got my mom for Mother’s Day. My brothers birthday is this weekend, and we are also preparing for his party.
I thought I would record the final days before our trip. I had outings with friends and a doctors appointment, and I also show you all what I packed.
We had a power outage this week, and now I have 12 days off of work, and I am very excited!
Since I was exposed again and had to be out of work last week, I was playing catch-up this week. It was a busy week, and I’m happy that next week I won’t be as busy.
This week I still had to quarantine due to being exposed, so I am just making the best of it although I’m not too happy about it.
I was exposed to Covid once again. The person who exposed me was out of the country. I have to work from home next week, but I’m making the best of it.
I was going to include this with the rest of the week, but the one segment alone was very long. So I chose not to. In this episode, I will be packing for my vacation. I am pretty much all packed. I would just have to include some little things.
This week I had a very productive day in the office. I made all of the phone calls I needed to make. I feel really good about that. I also went to the Olive Garden with my friend and I had a nice time.
I had a lot going on this week between Valentine’s Day getting a new washing machine and a last minute outing with a friend.
I had my doctors appointment this week and it went well. I was going to add Saturday – but decided not to. I also will be showing a new duffel bag that I got.
I am going to have a lot going on this month. I will be seeing friends every weekend. I cannot wait.
I had a bad cold that I’m still getting over. My head and everything we’re all stuffed up. I think I caught it when we were away last week given the timing of everything. In this episode, I break down how I felt each day.
I am going away to South Carolina in April, and I’m very excited. I was working on all of the details of this trip for hours yesterday.
In this episode, I talk about some New Year’s goals. There’s one that I’m not quite ready to talk about just yet until I have success with it but I will eventually and hope to talk about it within the next few months. I also went out to lunch with one of my former braille teachers, who I haven’t seen in like forever. It was hard to go back to work after having two weeks off.
I cannot believe this is the last week of the year! I remember when we were bringing in this year.
I am officially done working until next year. I also talk about how I found out. There’s no Santa Claus. I enjoy telling that story and it will always stand out to me.
Today we had several frustrations with para transit. This is why traveling a week before Christmas is a nightmare.

I had another incident with another driver that I talked about in this episode. And I was also doing some holiday things.
This week with crazy between everything going on with our dog and arriving at my clients house, only to find out her whole house was swamped with the flu.
After a great trip last week, it’s back to reality. I also talk a lot about forgetting my earrings at the hotel.
This weekend I had a dentist appointment. I did well at the dentist. I also went out to lunch with a friend. I know this is very short.
I did a little bit of packing for my trip. I also went out to dinner with a friend which was nice.
We went out for lunch with my family this weekend, and I started to pack some things for my trip and less than three weeks.
I visited my dad this weekend. I also got to meet my cousin‘s baby and I was happy to meet him.
This week was a short week since we had a day off. I had mobility and went to an event for meet the blind man.
I had three days off this week due to cancellations, and I went out for lunch with a friend.
I had a very busy week this week. I also talk about some new audio games a friend told me about.
This week I updated to iOS 16 and talk about the things that I like and don’t like about it. Of course the pros outweigh the cons.

This weekend was crazy. The guy who came to visit me is overwhelming and it was a lot. Although staying at the hotel gave me a taste of what it will be like when I have my own place.
I know this episode is very short. I didn’t have too much going on this week since I didn’t go to the office at all.

I now have AirTags. I wanted to record more when I was at the mall but let’s just say two blind people walking around the mall alone is quite a challenge! But I am happy to announce that I do have AirTags!
I know I didn’t record much this week because I was off for a couple days so that would have been boring. But this week I had my first day working from home.
Between the work from home paperwork and other things this week was crazy. I’m glad it’s over.
I had a nice weekend. I went to my cousins baby shower and out to lunch with my friend.
This weekend when I was at the mall I got the iPhone 13. I like it a lot, and everything is pretty much back to the way I had it.

This week I received one of my monthly subscription boxes. And it consisted of some thing I was going to buy my mom for her birthday. It was kind of funny that I plan on getting her this thing and it was in my box so now I don’t have to order it from Amazon.
This is week 5 of quarantine. I cannot believe we're in the middle of April. Time is flying, yet the weeks seem so long. In this episode I will be talking about a journal app I have been using.
Thisis self quarantine week 4. I discovered a new app for journaling that I will talk about next week in week 5, can't believe we're at week 5 already. Time is flying but the weeks seem so long at the same time.
I apologize this is going up late. I had that problem with that one filling, and I talk about what the problem was.
I needed to make another dentist appointment, and I explain why. I also had quite the week with Uber drivers.
My mom bought the dogs this little toy dog from the mall. When you put batteries in it, it starts moving around and it squeaks when the head moves. I recorded them playing with that.
Things did not go well at the dentist, and I talk about that. Then a friend goes and does something that hurt me.
Someone called the cops on me yesterday at the movies, and I explain what happened. What a way to start off the new year.
