This is the very first episode I have recorded and I'm almost as nervous as I am excited about it!

In this episode, I simply tell my story. I want everyone to know how far I've come in my journey into Mindful living and how it has saved my life in a very real and tangible way. My hope in telling this story is that anyone who listens to this might gain the courage and confidence that they too can make the same change I did, no matter how old or set in their ways they think they are.

I will post a new episode almost daily and talk about the many wonderful benefits of living in Mindfulness.
