After having done close to 200 podcasts, I now understand some key strategies that will help you get started on the right road. First, let's get into a bit of history.

So many times it takes a while to move with the new, and re-adjust. Are you willing to adjust your sails to move toward your destination?
Where's Your Plan? You know your products and your numbers. You need to have a plan that takes you to your destination to meet those numbers.
How well do you know your numbers? Are you constantly working toward a goal that you can't quantify? It's important to understand the correlation between attaining your goals and your numbers. Do you know your numbers?
You must know your products if you expect your customers to actually consider you against your competition. Do you know your products well?
If you've got customers you know the importance of fulfilling their needs which leads ultimately to an exchange. Want to learn how to multiply your resources? Focus on your customers' needs and you'll soon be able to consistently do just that.
Just when you thought you had reached the end of the rope you're being told to keep going. Don't give up or quit. There's too much at stake!
You can't go full speed ahead in the curve. You have to slow down sometimes to take time to think. Are you taking that time to refocus on the plan and the goals at hand?
What are you doing to help your customer today? You can focus on the issues at hand or you can focus on your customer's needs. Time to refocus, and hit your daily targets!
So many times we're holding on to the good thinking it's the best. It's time to change your perspective and decide what's important and urgent for you today!

Do you deal with your customers with urgency? Customers actually like it if you deal with them urgently on every matter. It usually makes them feel that they're the only client you're dealing with and that you actually care. Communicate with them constantly so they know you're dealing with their issues.
Are you diligent enough to attend to your stuff daily and have an impact on the world around you? This is your opportunity to make a difference.
Do you keep missing your targets? There is a simple yet consistent way to hit those targets. Are you willing to find out how? It's time you start walking the talk and getting to your milestones on a consistent basis!
Most of us would rather complain about our current situation and people around us than to do something about it. If you complain to someone who can't do anything about your situation you're just having a gossip session. Get up and do something about your situation!
Change will cost you everything. If you don't choose to change the cost can even be more astronomical in the short term and has much greater repercussions in your future. Embrace change now and look for innovative ways to get your destination. Don't get stuck doing things the same old way! You don't have that kind of time!
You have a lot on your plate, but that's mostly because you have allowed a lot of it to accumulate. You only have so much time in a day. So be effective and don't look to cut corners as that will only cost you more in the long run. You have no time for procrastination.
Don't wait until it's too late to take action. It's easy to sit back thinking you have all the time in the world but you don't. It's time to back up your belief with action. Don't wait any longer. ACT! Do your part to change the situations handed you. You can!
In this 7th episode of Weekly Reflections I share a ministry update and I encourage you to never quit in the face of the obstacles that will come your way. This past week I continued with the Daily Dose Periscope series. Usually you'll find me on Periscope between 6:30am and 7:00am every morning. You can catch me then talking about the Kingdom principles to help renew your mind. On this episode I truly encourage you to keep fighting and never give up regardless of the obstacles in your path.
If you don't say focused on the main thing, very soon you'll allow less important issues to come in and divide your focus. Lack of focus means you've been deceived to believe that some things are more important than the impact you could have had. Stay the course and don't quit as your singular focus is the key requirement for your ultimate success and impact. Don't quit!
Many of us will be persecuted or get in trouble at some point for not doing things the conventional way. Will you quit following your goals then or will press on and not let trouble cause you to stop and eject your new beliefs that are able to bring you to your desired end? Listen to this podcast and choose how will you handle trouble!
If you've fumbled the ball, there's always a way to recover it. The point is to stay in control of your goals and not get easily distracted by others or new shiny objects. If you stay focused on your priorities you will surely reach your destination.
Where is your tenacity? Are you tenacious enough? Most people quit easily after they show a strong start, but are you willing to follow through and get to the answer you need? Or will you give up like most others who quit half way through?
If you don't line up your priorities you will miss the right window of opportunity. You have to review them and see where they fall on your line of high, medium and low tasks before you start attacking the wrong ones. Stop chasing dead priorities and refocus on what matters most.
In this 6th episode of Weekly Reflections I share a ministry update, and I cover the need to walk by faith. This week I started the Daily Dose a new Periscope episode where I break down different kingdom principles 5 days a week Monday through Friday at 6:30am EST. Catch it on Periscope.tv/Pierre_Laguerre. The goal is to keep renewing our mind in the Kingdom. I challenge you to set aside some time on your schedule to pray and read God's word daily.
Most of us have a time when our performance peaks above all times. Ask the C-Level executives and other successful individuals what their most productive time is and most will tell you it's early morning. There's a reason. You need to find yours and become more effective in reaching your goals with the time you have.
How much time have you put into what you said you were going to do? Stop lying to yourself. Add this stuff to a calendar and commit to it. The only way you'll know you're committed is if you're actually following through.
We all have 24 hours a day but some of us seem to "cram" a lot more into that time. In reality some of us are just more effective at using the time we have than others do. Stop being reactionary with your time and proactively put the tasks that will get you to your destination into the time you have. You tell time what you will do with it instead of letting it tell you how to spend it.
What do you want to do? Where do you want to go? What do you want to learn? You must have a destination, and this will make it easier to devise your plan. Know your plan so you can get to work and leave your legacy. Don't just sit there. Work the plan.
How many different things are you focused on? Why do you focus on so many things? You must stop trying to please people and focus on the one thing - your life calling, or you'll be tossed around!
In this 5th episode of Weekly Reflections I touch on the ministry and go on to discuss the most important parable we must all understand if we have any plans to walk in Kingdom authority. It's simple when Jesus explains it to His disciples, but He did remind them that it's the mother of all parables. It's time for you to allow wisdom to dwell in your heart daily and move forward with revelation and courage, knowing that the principles work but you'll have to learn to walk in them consistently.
It's your time to speed up, to find your groove and to leap. But you still have one more issue to be aware of. You didn't get on the highway to get stuck.
You've gotten past the distractions but now you must deal with this! Your biggest obstacle is not the people in your way. It's really your focus. Will you settle and fall away like many others have or will you pursue your destiny and reach it?
There are two distractions to avoid when you choose to take the wheel and drive to your destination. It's your choice to get past these distractions and get on to your journey. Listen and find out whether you're stuck in park due to these two distractions.
Passengers usually come along for the ride, but if you want to take charge of your life you'll have to make some new decisions. One of the most important decisions you can make is to be the driver who takes responsibility for the destination. Which one are you?
In this 4th episode of my Weekly Reflections, I share a quick ministry update and talk about the need to understand Kingdom principles and live in this practical world. Without those principles we will live without victory in the world.
Make room for the dream. The dream doesn't end. Follow it and it will require more from you. You'll have to grow to meet the demands of the dream. Increase Your capacity one day at a time.
You've created the past, and you're primarily responsible for where you are now. It's time to make the right choices and decisions to create the future. Are you ready to do it right this time around?
How many excuses have you given yourself so far this week? You have no more room for excuses as the first third of the year is about to be over. You have to own the outcome, and must therefore take responsibility for every aspect of your life. Take the challenge and stop lying to yourself through excuses.
You customers want to trust you. You want to be proactive and own the outcome by proactively following through on every question and getting answers for your customer. Anticipate their questions, and you'll own the outcome.
If you're not leading then you're acting. Be the lead that you're supposed to be. Take responsibility for the results.
A quick ministry update, and a reminder that God's Kingdom has laws. We need to be reminded of this because this is where our confidence flows knowing that our Judge will administer justice on our behalf according to His righteous laws. Once we come in agreement with those laws nothing shall be held back from us.
Are you an ultimate closer? Did you take the shots? Did you close the deal? How many shots did you miss? Are you still taking shots despite missing a lot?
It's one thing to get out on the field after practice, and it's a totally different thing to try to wing it. You can't get out there thinking you're going to wing it when your competition is taking shot after shot in practice.
The highlights show the best of the best, but you must forget the highlights for now and get consistent. You have to take more shots and perfect your game like your competition.
You've got to take the shots over and over so you can establish your own stats. You miss 100% of the shots you do not take. Ask the greats if they refused to take a shot even when they missed it. Don't be afraid to take shot after shot after shot so you can ultimately put up the numbers.
This week, I delve a bit into the Call to Consistency. This is all about learning to take on the Lord's characteristic of faithfulness. Just as we are to be holy as He is, we also are to be consistent as He is. Take on the Call to Consistency and you'll see the difference it makes in your life.
You've gotten past the fouls, and now you're training to improve your game and bring more value to the table. Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone regularly to go for the goal? You better be willing to do so or else you'll pay a much greater price!
You get a yellow flag when you get out of bounds or do something illegal in the game you're forced to lose some ground or worse yet start over. Today, I'm challenging you not to quit just because of the circumstances. You must persevere until you reach that next first down and ultimately get to the end zone.
Once you've got the plan for your next first down, you've got to get past the defensive ends. It's going to take more than just wanting to do it. You'll have to enlist your passion and your focus to get to the place where you're improving consistently. Don't let your passion die on the vine! Stay laser-focused on the vision!
While most people want to improve their game, few have a written proven strategy to reach their destination. I'll share with you two different keys to your strategy if you plan to reach the next 10 yards in style! It'll be hard work but it's really worth improving on your gifts and honing your skills.
Who is responsible to see that you improve? In a world where the blame game is second nature to many, it is still your responsibility to track your improvement and set targets to improve your performance. It's not enough to just perform. Your performance must improve over time, and that is not your manager's responsibility or the business. After all you're the one who's bringing value. How much do you want to improve your value to the business or to your customers? Then take it upon yourself to go improve.
Most players think primarily of themselves and how they can win. However, coaches hold a bigger picture and think first about the whole team and how much value each player brings to it. Coaches understand where to place each player based on their strength.
We've been talking this week about your value, but if you were a stock would your value go up this week or not? Did you increase your own value and did you give more value to your customer? Where do you start by adding more value to yourself? You have to set some goals in line with the value you want to bring to the table. Are you increasing? Start now...
Your earning power is in proportion to this one thing. If you'll increase this specific criterion, there'll be no limit to your earning power. Hint: it's not your experience alone that counts!
This is a trait of every great leader. You probably already do this. Or maybe you fell off like most people who never did this since graduation from school. However, the great leaders all possess this characteristic and still do it today. Do you?
Once the prospect is qualified there's one thing that great closers do that newbies just don't focus on as much. Are you a great closer or will keep missing out on the opportunity to close the many deals in your pipeline? Listen and share what you do differently or in addition to this one thing.
The first quarter just ended, but a new quarter follows immediately. It's time to review your pipeline and find out who your potential customers will be next quarter. Get out of your comfort zone and start reviewing your pipeline to make sure you find the right opportunities that are waiting to be closed by you!
If you're going to stay on the straight road to success you'll need to address the time wasters quickly and get rid of them. Things like car registration, license renewal, car inspection. Seeing a theme here? Yes, you must quickly comply while it's early so you're not wasting time at the last minute. Get rid of the time wasters!
If you stay in your comfort zone you'll never get to the next stage toward your destination. Get uncomfortable doing the things that you know will give you more value. Learn that new presentation, call back those old customers, confront that colleague, step up and meet your new prospects. Don't stay in your comfort zone if you want success!
As another quarter is coming to a close it's important to recognize that you're in charge of making your number. Regardless of how high you think the number is, it's up to you to divide and conquer. Every day you have to get out there in front of your prospects and eventually reach your quarterly and yearly goals.
If you don't deal with the important stuff, you'll end up dealing with everything from the back-burner that is now urgent. Don't wait for the urgent to rear its ugly head. Prioritize and deal with the big picture. Have a plan and move on it now so you're not responding to things that are urgent but not so important after all.
It's not about the competition. Before you worry about the competition, know what matters to your customer. You must get in your customer's shoes and understand their issues. Yes, at some point it will be about the competition, but first you must understand their concern.
It is said that the violent take it by force. So what are you waiting for to take on your destiny. You will need passion and more than that courage. Will you make a run for it? Will you embrace what is laid out in front of you? The choice is yours.
Without passion you can't move the world. Where is your passion? Passion will cause others to follow you. You can't keep living a hum-drum life without passion. If you're lacking passion it also means you're lacking energy to drive the causes you truly care for. Find your passion for there your energy source lies. What touches you at the core? There is your passion!
Everyone of the greats had trainers. Who's Training You? You need someone who's able to see your potential and get the best out of you. The winningest coaches like Phil Jackson, Vince Lombardi, Don Shula, Dean Smith, and Tommy Lasorda pulled the best from their players. A trainer will get more out of you than you're able to get out of yourself. Get yourself a trainer in different areas of your life.
Talent is never enough. Ask the ones whom Michael Jordan eclipsed in High School. You don't remember them, do you? You only remember the ones who put in the work, day in and day out. They had the will to do it. they chose to do it. They knew what was at stake was even greater than where they were. They focused on the destination.
Yes, a man's gift will make room for him, but God values your character development above all. Those who lack character, regardless of gift cluster, can never stay relevant long enough to make a difference at a local or national level.
Time waits for no one. Your time is precious. You must make every minute count, down to the last second. It may be Friday but you must move and get tasks completed so you don't have to see them again on Monday. Carpe Diem. Seize the day and don't look back!
Opportunities will come, but it's up to you whether you want to switch lane. Consider every opportunity, and make your move when it's right. Don't fear change. Go for it!
If you're in a comfort zone it's time to get out. It's stopping you from growing. Go take a risk and grow!
Find your accountability partner, but most importantly choose to be accountable. Prioritize your time.
