Looking at AJ today it is difficult to believe that she has found herself at death's door not once but twice. First at the hands of stranger who broke into her home. The second by her own husband. She talks frankly about the fact that me mental manipulation by a narcissistic husband was far more difficult to overcome than the healing from physical trauma. Yet like the Phoenix she has risen from the ash to create a beautiful and peaceful life full of successes in businesses and personal relationships. She is an inspiration for anyone dealing with trauma who might think it too difficult, or that they will not be able to overcome. What an amazing woman...a true beacon of light for everyone. #traumarecovery #stabbedtodeathandlived #narcissistabuse
