After 3.5 years, Chase Senior is moving on and leaving WNEP. In this final podcast, he thanks everyone for the support, goes over some of the highlights of his time in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania, then previews Super Bowl 55 between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers!

Chase Senior discusses that dysfunction, the Eagles' firing of Pederson and why the job opening may not be desirable to candidates on the market.

That's what makes what Barstool Sports and Dave Portnoy are doing for them, incredible. Yes, it's only been five and a half quarters, but Jalen Hurts has impressed in the early going. He's shown flashes of being really good and soon, the Eagles could be faced with a major decision. Move the franchise forward with Jalen Hurts and Doug Pederson, or keep Carson Wentz and find a new coach, because clearly Pederson and Wentz don't work well together. Chase Senior explains why Jalen Hurts could be the guy and there's a trade partner that makes too much sense for Wentz and the Eagles.
Things are getting a little tighter and a lot more interesting as we're on the fourth quarter of the NFL season. In his first career start, Jalen Hurts and the Eagles break the Saints nine game winning streak and move New Orleans out of the top spot in the NFC. The Bills and Colts are playing like two of the best teams in the AFC, maybe even better than Kansas City. Bucs get a win, Washington is suddenly fun to root for?
Looking for a source of motivation or inspiration? Maybe this will help! Running has taught Chase Senior a lot during the pandemic. It's helped him get through some up and down times, it's relieved stressed and has helped strengthen his mind and body. It's almost like running is a competition with yourself. When your mind and body tells you to stop, you compete, and crank out another mile to push yourself. Chase also just read David Goggins' book, "Can't Hurt Me" where Goggins talks about the "40 percent rule," which has served as a source of motivation and can for everybody out there.

Last Saturday, Joe Biden was named President-Elect of the United States. He grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, has spent his entire adult life in politics and has had to overcome several personal and professional hardships. What's also concerning is how Lamar Jackson and the Ravens have performed against the Chiefs and in the playoffs. On this episode of The Chase Down Podcast, Chase Senior explains why professional athletes deserve a ton of credit for showing some serious discipline. MLB has a coronavirus positivity rate of .05. Meanwhile, the NFL administered more than 50,000 tests and not one player tested positive. What does that show? Players are taking this seriously and are all business, which is hard because they're young, have a lot of money and temptations out there. Chase rounds out with explaining why diversity of thought should be accepted and celebrated, but it's not and that's problematic.

Gerrity's Supermarkets, which has nine stores across Northeastern Pennsylvania is getting worldwide attention after a woman went into a store this week and intentionally coughed and spit on food while saying "I have the virus, you're all going to get sick" according to police. That caused Gerrity's to throw away an estimated $35,000 worth of food and produce.
