When the devil soaks our sacrifice, we don't have to let that stop us. Worship God even when you don't feel like it. It will pay off in the end, He is still the God that answereth by fire
The devil has convinced many Christians into thinking they must return to the basin and be washed every service, thus keeping them from ever walking the path to Christ bosom. How dare we insult the sinless Son of God by saying we need to be washed every service. Once we are forgiven it's time to move to the bosom of Christ and receive the power He affords to us through His blood
2 Kings 2:10 " And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee: but if not, it shall not be so."
God is up to the challenge and He is more than able to perform it, but are we willing to take the change, are we willing to make the sacrifice it takes to keep and maintain such power that only God can give? A double portion of God's spirit, are we willing to do twice the work?
