To inspire, I conducted founder CEO interviews about inspirational startups.
The first startup story comes from the packaging marketplace, where Packform came as a true disruptive player to shake the markets big time.
Preston Geeting left his corporate life three years ago and started the volatile journey of a first-time founder. Against the odds, he knew what he wanted and what to leverage when.
Packform is a truly inspiring case study for every CEO or co-founder, and Preston Geeting did a great job to make it be on. Starting from finding the right co-founders, Philip Weinman & Peter Williams, to building up the right team, the company aligned just perfectly.
Packform went through all phases. It’s currently a funded startup and preparing for an IPO this year. Their success is a combination of the right ingredients at the right time. Your mindset is everything even when it comes to business roles. There are three, but I shifted entrepreneur with leader, the rest remained the same: manager and technician.
If you are a leader, running and organization, or an entrepreneur, you’ll constantly shift between leadership roles, manager roles, and technician roles. But without your mindset ready for the role you'll fail. A mindset change is necessary.

Now it's time for legacy leadership, where companies and their leaders show the way and are there for their people. Remote communication is different, leadership in crisis situations is different. Remote teams have different dynamics than in the office.
To be a wartime leader includes acting and caring.
Now it's not about you but your troop, scared and unbalanced. In this episode of Smart Bites, I'll give you the most basic and crucial elements in remote communication and leadership during tough times.
If you're wondering how to be a leader during the crisis just be there for your people, over-communicate, and lead by example. Nothing will beat leadership by example.
And for those companies forced to go remote, just remember that over-communication can save the day. It's not the same to share information directly with working with remote teams all over the world or your town, region. Now it's time to be specific and clear. And always use empathy.

Here are 10 ways to define success. But most of all you need to find your definition of success and transform it into your life mission. No matter what you want to do, achieve, have, create, be – define it! Write it down. Keep it close and never lose sight of it. It’s the only way to fulfill your life and live it with purpose, having a mission on your hands.
Words have power. The meaning of the words you use daily will affect everything you do, everything you have, everything you are. Never underestimate the power of your internal vocabulary. That will shape the external as well. Pursuing a goal should be accompanied by a strong proper vocabulary that reflects your goal. Go toward something, not against it.
The goal of this series is to refine your mindset by defining the words you should use on a frequent basis. Therefore let’s start with the word, “success” and its meaning. Sounds very promising, isn’t it? Use it well. How Do You Define Success?

I don’t think there is a better speaker to move audiences to tears then Lisa Nichols. Her power and gift are so unique and special that you shouldn’t skip your chance to see one of her keynote speeches. I included a fragment from one of her memorable speeches, just to be sure you hear her.
My decision to take Mindvalley’s Quest (or Course) with Lisa Nichols (Speak & Inspire) proved to be one of the best decisions for this phase I'm in. I can almost sense how I step on my next level while finding my voice. I cannot tell you how great it is when you find more clarity and when you find your voice. In my case, now I know my bigger mission. I know what I want to do with my voice, who I want to inspire, who I want to influence and even protect.
The empaths, those good-hearted people, loving people, who were silenced just because are too nice and carrying. They all need a louder voice to balance the good with the louder bad out there.
