Sometimes by giving our power away to others we give our skills away also. It took a challenge for 30 days to get back the skills I thought I lost.
People are not perfect we need to show that we stuff up from time to time makes us more human and attractive to others. People will begin to follow you as long as you are consistent.
We need each other more today than we did before the lockdown and isolation as we know that human interaction is what we need most. We miss people and little acts of kindness can make someone’s day!
Building a solid business takes time effort and energy. It’s like when you build a house 🏠 you would not start with the roof you start with the foundations first.
You know sometimes we jump ship for the wrong reasons and we do not think through the consequences of our actions... Can you relate to this?
Way too often people are quick to put a label on you and unfortunately people allow that label to stick! Labels like you are worthless, you will never amount to anything, you are useless etc... who can relate?
How many times have you reacted to information the wrong way and then went on the attack? It should always be about the other person so you sort miscommunication early and nip it in the bud.
Interesting being a boss never a dull moment.
The habits we learnt as children carry over to our adult years where we complain, make excuses just because we are getting uncomfortable. But just think how excited you are when you get to the end! Only another week hang in there you can do it!!!
Long ago I use to get into price wars with other sellers on e-commerce until it got ridiculous and there was no profit in it. I soon got a little smarter and applied this one little strategy that had me winning the price war!!
Takes me back to my grass roots. Last week we spent the week on mindset and to be truthful I fell a little behind as I have a few other businesses I have also deal with staff.
But NO excuses I spent the weekend catching up and I was not giving lame excuses of why I didn’t get it done.
I started to put my package and bonuses together I won’t spoil it for you though - have a listen and see if you can relate!
There is time to cut back on spending and times where time is money and means you have to spend it. Why invent the wheel?
