In addition we will highlight upcoming events, discuss breaking news in the industry, mention event job openings and talk about non industry events/news that may interest our listeners. Each week our show also includes a guest from the industry who joins our three hosts for a discussion on their career progression, what is that latest news in their current role and where they tend to network and get involved within the industry. In addition to the podcast, #swagandrepeat hosts about 4-6 event per year to help aid in networking, celebrating our industry, and supporting local hospitality related philanthropies.
