I expect General Manager Ryan Poles to be working the phone all night. Bears receive 11th overall pick (129th) 4th round pick (181th) 6th round pickChargers receive 9th overall pickThe Chargers traded back into the Top 10, jumping over the Jets to select WR Rome Odunze. Jim Harabaugh is very famailiar with Rome, back in January they faced each other in the National Championship game. The Chargers, desperate to find pass catchers in the offense find, one for Justin Herbert. Adding Rome could help the development of last year's first round pick Quentin Johnston, who had a rough rookie year to say the least. 10. (Trade) CIN- TE Brock Bowers, GeorgiaGeneral Manager Joe Douglas for the first time ever trades out of the 1st round to collect more draft capital. I know it's hard to believe the Jets are leaving a lot of big time prospects on the board, but they need depth. Moving back 8 spots and adding a 2nd round pick is a steal. Jets receive 18th overall pick (49th) 2nd round pick (80th) 3rd round pick Bengals receive 10th overall pick (72nd) 3rd round pickThis might be a fever dream but I think the Bengals go all in. With 11 picks the Bengals trade up 8 spots to get a super dynamic pass catcher to go along in this offense. Let's not forget we are assuming that Tee Higgins will be on the roster in 2024. Nonetheless, Brock Bowers would be a great second option in this offense. The AFC is just getting tougher.

Making a big time trade to move up 11 spots to jump into from of some CB needy teams. They take Quinyon Mitchell to add to this secondary. He's a perfect fit for Vic Fangio defense. 12th. (Trade) GB- CB Cooper DeJean, IowaBroncos receive 12th overall pick (58th) 2nd round pick (91st) 3rd round pickThe Broncos are desperate for a QB even with the addition of QB Zach Wilson. Trading back allows the Broncos to build the roster through the draft. Packers receive 12th overall pick (121st) 4th round pickThe Packers have a lot of draft picks here. They have 5 picks in the top 100. I think the Packers go big and bring in Cooper DeJean from Iowa. Cooper DeJean is the ultimate Swiss army knife under new Defensive Coodinator Jeff Haley. 13. LV- OT Taliese Fuaga, Oregon StateRaiders could look to take a CB but I think they look to build the offensive line. After losing two starting offensive linemen the Raiders take the versatile Taliese Fuaga. He fits the mode of a Raider player. Tough and Nasty. New Head Coach Antonio Pierce would approve. 14. NO- OT Olumuyiwa Fashanu, Penn StateSaints need help on the offensive line. Adding Olumuyiwa Fashanu could play the left tackle position moving former 1st round pick Trevor Penning to left guard. This could fix two positions on the offensive line. 15. IND- CB Terrion Arnold, AlabamaThe Colts missed out on CB L'Jarius Sneed and they need help to match up with all the WRs in the AFC South. Guys like: Calvin Ridley DeAndre Hopkins, Gabe Davis, Nico Collins, Tank Dell and now Stefon Diggs. Help is on the way.16. (Trade) NYJ- OG Troy Fautanu, WashingtonSeahawks receive 18th overall (134th) 4th round pick The Seahawks with a new Head Coach in Mike McDonald move back two spots to collect another pick in this draft. Jets receive 16th pickThe Jets need help at the offensive. Still a lot of uncertainty at the position. Troy Fautanu can play 4/5 positions on the offensive line. That is exactly what the Jets need.17. (Trade) CHI- ED Jared Verse, Florida StateJaguars receive 22nd overall pick (75th) 3rd round pick The Jaguars move up in the 3rd round.Bears receive 17th pick (96th) 3rd round pick (212nd) 6th round pickThe Bears not only move back and collect some draft picks but they also get the guy they need on defense. ED Jared Verse with, only 31 sacks last year 2nd to last in the league. The Bears have two chip players to help turn around this franchise like the Texans did last year. 18. (Trade) SEA- OT Graham Barton, DukeThe Seahawks get a versatile offensive linemen in Graham Barton. Someone who has played all 5 positions on the offensive line. this is important because the Seahawks are trying to replace 3 starting offensive linemen from last year. 19. LAR- ED Laiatu Latu, UCLAThis will be the first pick for the Rams since 2016 when they took QB Jared Goff. The Rams look to start life without Aaron Donald. I like Laiatu Latu out of UCLA. Latu stays close to home. 20. PIT- OT Amarius Mims, GeorgiaThe Steelers have taken care of the QB situation for now. New OC Arthur Smith looks to build this offensive line. 21. MIA- DT Jer'Zhan Newton, IllinoisDolphins look to replace Christian Wilkins with Newton.

DAL- OT Tyler Guyton, OklahomaDallas needs to nail this draft here. I think Dallas needs to consider moving out of the first round to collect more draft capital. General Manager Jerry Jones normally doesn't trade up or down in the draft and for the sake of Cowboys fans everywhere. I can't imagine there reaction if they do trade out. Nonetheless, Dallas looks to connote to rebuild there offensive line esipcally after losing future Hall of Fame Tyron Smith. 25. (Trade) DEN- QB Bo Nix, OregonPackers receive 12th pick (121st) 4th roundBroncos recieve 25th overall pick (58th) 2nd round pick (96st) 4th round pickThe Broncos got exactly what they wanted and more. They got the QB they wanted and they added a couple draft picks to help build their roster. Zach Wilson isn't the answer. Bo is battle tested. 26. TB- C Jacksons Powers-Johnson, OregonThe Bucs need some help at the IOL position. Back to back Oregon players here. Bucs adding center Jackson Powers-Johnson is a huge addition to an offensive line that needs to protect QB Baker Mayfield and help a 32nd ranked running game. 27. ARZ- ED Chop Robinson, Penn StateCardinals need help all over the defense, but Head Coach Johnathan Gannon needs to find is stud edge rusher. 28. BUF- WR Brian Thomas Jr, LSUBills move up 4 spots to take the speedy WR out of LSU. Bills need to give Josh Allen a new target to help replace Stefon Diggs. 29. DET- ED Darius Robinson, Missouri Now the home team. Last year the Lions moved all over the board. This year I think they stay put and add another EDGE rusher to go opposite Aidan Hutchinson. Darius is a very versatile EDGE rusher and should fit in nicely. 30. BAL- CB Kool-Aid McKinstry, AlabamaRavens don't have a lot of needs but they need to fill out this roster. The Ravens could look to trade out of the first round to collect more draft capital, but I really like Kool-Aid McKinstry out of Alabama (Not just because of his name. This is a player that played one of the hardest positions in all of College Football. He's smart and a perfect fit for this Ravens defense. 31. SF- OT Jordan Morgan, Arizona49ers reloaded this offseason. I like the options at IDL or CB here, but this offensive line needs an upgrade. They did return all 5 starters, but Jordan Morgan can make this offensive line better. 32. KC- DT Bryon Murphy II, TexasWR makes a lot of sense here but I just love the value here. Adding Bryon Murphy II to pair up with the best defensive linemen in Chris Jones would be tough to defend. The Chiefs are a defense first team even with Patrick Mahomes. A lot of value in the WR position later in the draft.

CJ Stroud is a star in the making but it was Houston's defense that came up big against Joe Flacco's Browns. Browns might have bigger problems on there hands with Deshaun Watson. At least Houston can finally close this ugly chapter and build on this team's success.
Patrick Mahomes take care of business at home against a wounded dolphins defense. As for the Dolphins they will have some interesting debates regarding young Tua.
Packers absoulutly destroy the Cowboys in Jerry Worlds just like Aaron Rodgers back in the day. Sad day for Cowboys fans who in their heart of hearts believed they had a chance this year. To be crushed by the 7th seed Packers. Going to be a long offseason for the Cowboys. Hopefully they take a nice vacation.
Bills take care of business at home against the Mason Rudolph lead Steelers. Big decisions have to be made in Pittsburgh regarding backup QB Kenny Pickett. Can the Bills get healthy enough to play next week.

What a storyline the NFL set up for us. Lions vs. Rams. Matthew Stafford returns home as the villain? The game ended with poetic justice. Matthew Stafford and this young team did everything he could to win but it wasn't enough. Jared Goff the man thrown to the lions to have his career die in Detroit came back leading the pack. Lions ending there playoff drought of 30 years. How far can they go?

What an offseason for the Jets. This is definitely an all in type of move. Last year they won 7 games with a group of QBs. History has repeated itself. Back in August 2008 unhappy future hall of fame QB was unhappy with the Packers for selecting Aaron Rodgers to replace him. Here we are in 2023 Aaron now unhappy with the moves made by the Packers now requesting a trade to the New York Jets. Can Aaron Rodgers get the Jets back into the playoffs for the first time since 2010 with Mark Sanchez and the butt fumble. Aaron, just be careful of what you wish for. If not successful he will and should face all the scrutiny in New York. This is a roster loaded with talent on offense and defense. How will this end up for Aaron Rodgers? Like Matthew Stafford or Russell Wilson last year? Aaron Rodgers has a long way to go just in the division let alone in the AFC.

First year head coach Mike McDaniels was off to a 8-3 hot start last year until 3rd year starting QB fell with a horrible concussion. They ended the season 9-8 with a loss in the wildcard to the division rival Buffalo Bills. Hopefully this year Tua can protect himself because the Dolphins have a chance with him on the field and there gonna need him against the Bills with Josh Allen, Jets with newly acquired QB future Hall of Fam QB Aaron Rodgers, and Patriots with Bill Belicheck are always a tough opponent. Who will step up in this offense other than Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle? Lookout for them to bring in Dalvin Cook or 3rd round pick De'Von Achane.
With Vic Fangio taking over as the defensive coordinator could be the biggest move they made this offseason. The Dolphins make another big splash in CB Jalen Ramsey. With his injury can they do enough on defense to keep them in the race for the AFC East Crown?

Josh Allen look to put another year without a chance at the Superbowl behind them. This AFC conference isn't getting any easier. Teams are adding better QBs and some of these young QBs are getting better. I'm worried that they might not have the momentum anymore. It looks like they are slowly losing the AFC East. Dolphins are going to be dangerous, Jets added Aaron Rodgers, and Patriots are going to be tough. Do they have enough to not only compete with the Chiefs, and Bengals but to finally beat them and get a chance at the Superbowl. It's going to be a tough season for Josh Allen and the Bills.
Not sure if they have the firepower after Stefon Diggs to put fear in opposing defenses. Will Gabe Davis set up? Can James Cook be the dynamic pass catcher? What will 1st round pick TE Dalton Kincaid's role be? Is Josh Allen going to be able to stay healthy with an increased workload in the run game?
Defense will be solid but can guys like Von Miller and Greg Rousseau be the game changers or finishers? This team has the depth at the defensive line and secondary to match up with any one.

Dan Snyder is officially out as part owner. Finally some good news here, but unfortunately the Washington Commanders can't seem to catch a break in the offseason. New offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy is making the practices too "intense". Not sure what that means but not a great start for the Washington Commanders. Although this team has a really good unit on defense and a core of young play makers. It seems like the Commanders are looking to the 2024 NFL draft for their future QB. Carson Wentz, Taylor Heinickie, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Garret Gilbert, Alex Smith, Dwayne Haskins (RIP), Kyle Allen, Case Keenum, and Colt McCoy have all started a game at QB over the last 4 years. Now they're rolling with last years 5th round pick Sam Howell. Smells like tanking. I expect them to fire Ron Rivera at some point during the season and defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio will take over.

What a year for Head Coach Nick Sirianni and QB Jalen Hurts. From being benched in 2021 to the beginning of 2022 having every doubt him to going 8-0. Finishing the year 14-3 and having an MVP type season, dominating in the playoffs against the Giants and 49ers. To beginning a few plays away from winning the Super Bowl against the Chiefs. Jalen Hurts showed us all so much last year. After his big contract I couldn't be happier for him. Big offseason as the Eagles look to rebound from the Super Bowl loss. Jalen Hurts returns with his top 3 options from last year in WR AJ Brown, WR DeVonta Smith, and TE Dallas Goedert. They lose Miles Sanders but bring in D'Andre Swift and Rashaad Penny to carry the load. Offensive line should be one of the better units returning 4 of 5 starters.
Defense has an insane year last year. They arguably are better than last year. On the defensive line. Look out for the 9th overall pick Jalen Carter to destroy opposing teams game plans. Insane he fell to the 9th overall pick. He's reunited with his old teammate in Jordan Davis who's also a freak of nature. Those two guys in the middle could be a problem. Another Georgia Bulldog Nakobe Dean will have a breakout year. This coming year. Brandon Graham, Fletcher Cox, and James Bradberry are back with the team. Along with Darius Slay who is one of the top corners in the NFL and let's not forget Haason Reddick who had a dominate year last year.
There may not be a team more talented on paper than them. My question is can they overcome losing their offensive coordinar and defensive coordinator in the same offseason? Although the strength of schedule will be tougher, Jalen Hurts has shown us time and time again he can perform under pressure. Their biggest competition will be the Dallas Cowboys.

I'm excited the Steelers this year. They will be a lot of fun to watch. Kenny Pickett is going to make a big jump this year. One of the reasons why is the additions on the offensive line in Issac Seumalo and 1sr round pick Broderick Jones. Love the young weapons on offense. Look for George Pickens to make a big leap this year. Can Diontae Johnson find the end zone? What will Allen Robinson II bring to this offense? Can Pat Freiermuth make the big jump as well in this offense? what will Rookie 3rd round pick Darnell Washington do a 6'6 264 pound TE who can run 4.6 do this season? Defense should be better with the return of TJ Watt who missed 7 games. Alex Highsmith just got an extension. Cameron Hayward has some help coming. They do have 2 new linebackers in Cole Holcomb and Elandon Roberts. Can rookie Joey Porter Jr. make an impact along with veteran Patrick Peterson and Levi Wallace? Why isn't Minkah Fitzpatrick considered the best safety in football.

This offense needs to rely on Nick Chubb who is probably the best all around running back. This offense is loaded with pass catchers with Amari Cooper, Donovan People-Jones, David Nijoku, and lookout for newly acquired WR Elijah Moore.
Has GM Andrew Berry done enough this offseason to fit the defense. Can this defense be better with the addition of Dalvin Tomlinson, Za'Darius Smith and Juan Thornhill? How good can Myles Garrett be with some help? This young secondary is the strength of this defense with Grant Delpit, Denzel Ward and Greg Newsome III.
