1- He starts off in what is called the cricket position, elbow in side and power arm out, then he lifts both legs and head does not touch the ground! Do 2 sets of holding for 5 seconds!
2- then he goes into lifting the leg up

1- Hold the basic position with legs on ground for 10 seconds ( roll and relax wrist in between sets)
2- Hold leg up in air with flex foot for ten seconds!
3- One hand on hip or finger tips lift for ten seconds!
4- Then lifts both legs up and open for ten seconds!
5- He sat on the ground and did the five positions of weight change or five poses! Legs start closed, open for 1, Nike 2,open 3, Nike 4 and close on 5!
6- Now try it in the air! The modified version is legs in basic or down 1, lift one leg 2, Nike one leg 3, open one leg 4, both legs back to basic 5!
7- take a rest and do the other side!!

3- From the 10 sec mark to the 29 sec mark they gave us BIG MOVES THAT HIT QUICK🔥 For a whole 4 counts of 8 nonstop big-ness 🔥 Lots of pinches and high knees and formation changes!
(You can definitely chop that up to create a hype across the floor set!)
4- At the 29 sec mark they hit us with the two guys doing back tucks down to the ground! They did a great job of using the ones who can do tricks! ( sometimes as a teacher I get caught up in everyone getting a trick but you can use a couple of tricks in the right formation and it works great for the visuals💜)
5- They followed that up at the 34 sec mark with three going down and doing the one foot slide while the other made it look like they were pushing them🔥
6- At the 36 sec mark one of them did a half of a flare while the others did a spin🔥
