Today we chat with Sofie from Copenhagen about her company Comeat whose mission is to open the young generation's mindset, towards people from other cultures - through food! Members in the Comeat-network open their homes and offer others a seat at their dinner table bringing together people from different backgrounds. The lockdown stopped all events and Sofie and her team have to think outside the box to move on.
In our chat, we discuss the challenge of finding friends in different cultures, the importance of social networks and why we sometimes are less social than we maybe should be.

Today we chat with Person X, who would rather stay anonymous. She brought the Italian style balcony parties to Copenhagen last Saturday and made many people smile amidst the lockout. Thousands joined the event on Facebook, played music, connected (digitally) with their neighbors and friends, and enjoyed the evening. Unfortunately, there were also other reactions.

Today we chat with two friends (which kind of got us on the edge of our technical abilities) and discuss how the lockdown situation can be embraced as a chance to reflect presence, meaning, and creativity. We all have our daily routines, habits, and schedules. However, now all that is on pause and perhaps the lockdown provides an opportunity to rethink what actually matters. This is a bit more of a philosophical episode but it's worth it.

In this episode we talk to Giorgio, who lived in Denmark but now is back in Rome, Italy, the country currently most hit by the Corona outbreak. We chat about Giorgio's day to day life, working online, having to stay at home while trying to keep social contacts. Of course, we also cover the by now world-famous singing from the balcony movement that helps Italians strengthening their sense of community.
