In this episode we will explaining the importance of a skill widely ignored though seriously important to learn, think and communicate, it is listening.
Since we see that a lot of people focus on the influence of a good speaker, we will proove that there is no good communicator if he/she doesn't know how to listen, or practice an active listening.
