The Human Together Podcast Show is hosted by Jayson Floyd, PhD. The show is ultimately about humanity and shared experiences. The show highlights people from various cultures, religions, ethnicities and backgrounds to help gain a deeper understanding and appreciation. Dr. Floyd has been a professional educator for 24 years and has a lifelong passion for human rights and giving a voice to under-served and misunderstood peoples.
Dr. Floyd developed the podcast show after completing his doctoral dissertation on the self-efficacy and retention of teachers. His educational background and his passion for uplifting human interest stories put him at a creative crossroads between professional and personal pursuits out of which the show was created. Dr. Floyd continues to research and reach out to influential individuals who offer personal perspectives that enlighten, empower and educate.
