A series of lessons pulled from leadership literature because you are too busy to read every leadership book out there.
I provide a little insight into the MBTI and how to interpret the results of the test as well as how to apply these results to improve your self awareness and potentially start positive conversations with your teams.
In this episode, I talk about different personal assessments that are offered as part of leadership training. I recommend taking the MBTI, the Belbin Team Roles assessment, and the VIA Strengths test. These are not the best or the most revealing, just the three tests that I use most. A link to a free version of each test is included below. After completing each test, and if you are a CPP Student, submit your results using the links provided for each test.

This is a short lesson focusing on how we talk about ourselves to others and trying to be more aware of what we are communicating to others.
