Naza didn't had the privilege to finish school like his classmates due to the financial difficulty his family were facing. After years trying out odd jobs, he became a security guard during his early 20s. He slowly rise up the ranks through upgrading himself with courses and specialised diploma. With all the years of experience in the industry, he was head hunted to run a security company which then exposes him to the real business world. That first venture didn't go well so Naza decided to leave and start his own security company using his existing shares and life savings. Started from a test blog in 2007, Faris tried out the first concept of ProductiveMuslim while he was a student. Few years later, he landed his dream job as a banker with a whole lots of perks but at the side, ProductiveMuslim was growing as well.
After weighing his options, he and his wife came to a point of choosing the latter just because of one quality - Meaningful. With that calling, he left his good paying job, moved to the US and started going all in on ProductiveMuslim where nothing was certain. He holds on to his beliefs and vision.
Bit by bit, things started to open up and got better. Faris found the momentum and started delivering productivity workshops in cities across the world as well as online. He was supported by a dedicated team of sincere and hardworking volunteers who helped transform the personal blog into a full-fledged training company that it is today.

Umar entrepreneurship journey started as early as 18 years old, starting an E-commerce for car modification parts. He then enrolled in business school where he was there for about a year until he became impatient and took a leave of absent because the school isn't teaching him the real lessons he needed in business. Went on to open a cafe restaurant, building more networks as he goes along which bridged him to relocate to Indonesia to start another business, selling premium nanotech therapy products. Everything collapsed due to a sabotage from trusted supplier which made him lost it all.
The business had to be closed due to the debt incurred, Umar came back to Singapore to pick up what's left of him. Material possessions had to be repossessed, and even with a huge debts, Umar managed to start 2 businesses which then led him to start Ethis. His incredible journey had made him to where he is today.
