What are some of the things that you REQUIRE in your relationship? Loyalty, chivalry, honesty, fidelity?
On this week's episode,we'll discuss one way that the women of today shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to receiving the treatment that they desire from one that they've decided is a potential mate. In a world where we all have certain "requirements" in order for us to be happy, it occurs to me that if we spent more time "inspiring" things in others instead of simply requiring things from others...we'd be able to live a happier and healthier life. Our relationships will take on a more positive direction with the understanding that it is simply NOT ENOUGH to "require" this and that from your mate. Understand that there are a million little things that you can do to "inspire" the things you'd like to see in your relationship.

He seems oblivious to all the attention, as though he's used to it and isn't phased in the least by panting females. But you are no panting female. Your eyes lock and he holds your gaze as he is reciting instructions for your registration that you don't even hear, because you are to busy focusing on how delicious his lips look. Your encounter was brief. You don't think you'll see one another again, because this is a huge campus. Class starts two days later and who should walk in to give a presentation but Mr. Delicious! As he's giving his presentation about the things us students could expect from his office, your eyes lock...and he stutters! It takes a moment for him to gain his composure, but his eyes never leave yours. The connection has been made! Ironically, you won't see this man for another nine weeks when it's time for you to leave. You've spent that time fantasizing about everything you'd do with those lips of his and everywhere that you'd use those lips of yours. Those fantasies have carried you for the whole time you've been here. The day you are scheduled to fly out, he's working the desk and you feel almost embarrassed by the dirty thoughts you've been having. As you leave, you notice that he has slipped a note in your folder with an offer to fly you back for some "personal" time and his phone number if you are interested.

In the US she has opened for/appeared with Stanley Clarke, Grover Washington Jr., Gregg Fields, Dennis Rowland, Peter Nero, Bobby Watson, the Philadelphia Orchestra Brass section, renowned Cumbia ensemble La Sonora Tropicana and the New Century Players, to name a few. In Europe she has opened for the Royal Scottish Academy of Music's brass ensemble as well as Abbos, a visceral traditional music group from Uzbekistan. She has performed works by Morton Subotnick, Luciano Berio and HK Gruber, to name a few crucial works performed in her career. Lisa regularly emphasizes interdisciplinary work as well as freely improvised scenarios that explore human artistic boundaries and in turn, further them. She can currently be seen with her funk group Epically Cracked, as well as freelancing around Los Angeles where she currently resides.
Epically Cracked is a quartet integrating trumpet, flugelhorn, electronics, bass, drums and turntablist guitar - the band's sound is edgy, experimental, funky and groove based.

As I watch the struggles of single moms dealing with deadbeat dads...OR....single dads dealing with deadbeat moms, I realize that we are, all of us, broken in some way. We all have past hurts, real or imagined, that have contributed to who we are to the world around us. Women are accused of being 'difficult' and men are accused of all being 'dogs'...and there has just GOT TO BE more to it than that. Let's explore that, shall we? Born and raised in Louisvill, KY, L. Young was groomed for music in the church. By the age of 5 yrs old, he was already singing in the adult choir. At the age of thirteen, he had established himself as an actor and began working professionally in regional theaters across the Tri-State area such as the world renowned "Actor's Theater of Louisville." While attending the prestigious "Youth Performing Arts High School" in Louisville, he performed abroad in Brussels, Belgiun, London, The Bahamas as well as the continental U.S. as a performer.
L. Young has established himself as an artist, writer and performer. He has been credited for writing, music and production for several artists, as well as platinum selling soundtracks.
"My music is the bridge to all my dreams and the starting point for my main purpose on this planet. Through music, I'm learning who I actually am as a person" - L. Young.
Writing credits include the top 5 single and title track off of Jessy J's #1 Billbouard debut album, "Hot Sauce." Writing and production on KeKe Wyatt's projects, "Who Knew" and "Unbelievable". L. Young also worked on the production of B2K's "Babygirl" off of "The Barbershop Soundtrack".

Young has just released his latest album entitled, "ReVerb" featuring his debut single, "I Love My Girl" and the follow up Billboard top 20 single, "Love Is a Verb" He is a talent that has crossed over and not only working on studio music projects, he is also credited for music on network TV to include: BET's The Game, ABC's According to Jim, 20/20, One Life To Live, VH1's Basketball Wives and USA Network's Burn Notice.

Who is Bumps C? Vincent Bumps C Robinson is a product of S. Memphis; he writes, produces and is currently working on his mix-tape. One of his most recent accomplishments is having his song titled "Zombieland" featured on Drugs,Inc. He not only performs it, but he wrote the clean and explicit verses to the catchy song. Zombieland is popular in the U.S and overseas.
What is Zombieland?
Zombieland is everywhere and it's a way of life for many; it's whatever you use to escape or ease the daily stresses of life, including music, weed, drink, coffee, food, etc.
As mentioned previously, Bumps C wears a few musical hats. In addition to being able to play drums, he produced: "Bad Dream" and "Cuz I Can Do That" for Lil P Nut, "First 48" by Skee Todd featuring O.G Boo Dirty and "Facedown" by IamPaperBoy601, with 2M, 700K, 26K and 11K plus YouTube views, respectively.
Bumps C and his brothers in production (Hemi-Cal and the MusiqBox Studio Artist) have been working together for over 5 yrs.
