Izzy is a social commentator, writer and impact investor, She is best-known for her work on Gogglebox Australia, where her drive to showcase multi-generational women’s voices has propelled her into the show’s 14th season internationally. Isabelle thrives on starting conversations that cut through societal norms, and inspiring others to do the same.
Izzy is currently writing her first book, Out of the Book, a memoir co-authored by her mother Kerry and grandmother Emmie in which all three women share personal stories and considered opinions on the female experience. As a contributing writer for Body+Soul, Mamamia and Kidspot, Isabelle enjoys writing candidly about all the things people are thinking, but not saying. Sex, motherhood, love, divorce, relationships… nothing is off limits.

Our next special guest on the Flourish Girl Podcast is Dhakshayini Sooriyakumaran (she/they)
Dhakshayini Sooriyakumaran is a Tamil whose ancestral lands are in the north and east of Illankai (known as Sri Lanka). They are the Director of Technology Policy at Reset Australia, a think tank focuses on the threats Big Tech poses to democracy.
Dhakshayini is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University School of Regulation and Global Governance (ANU RegNet) exploring race, surveillance and digital identification systems. She is a former civil engineer who has founded and led several non-profit organisations and projects across Australia and the Pacific. They have worked on migration (as the former Director of Human Rights and Racial Justice at the ACCR), climate change (with the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction in Fiji), and with young people (as the founder of YLab).

Sheree Rubinstein dedicates every waking moment to her mission to remove the barriers that exist for women to step into positions of power and influence. Sheree is a corporate lawyer turned entrepreneur. Known as the ‘Queen of Community,’ Sheree is experienced in building businesses, raising capital, and mentoring women along their business journey. Sheree is the Founder of One Roof which used to be Australia’s leading co-working space for women.
Due to Covid, Sheree was forced to pivot and now runs One Roof as a leading digital membership for female leaders and entrepreneurs. The membership has grown to 500+ members Australia-wide in 9 months. Sheree is a mum to Goldie who was born one week into the first lockdown in 2020.
She is on the board of the Victorian Women's Trust, is an AFR 100 Women of Influence and a Telstra Business Women's Award Finalist.

Erika Geraerts is the Founder of Fluff, a casual cosmetic brand that is taking over the beauty industry with a unique message.
Before Fluff, She co-founded content agency Willow & Blake, co-directing the company for five years. In 2013 Erika co-founded skincare company Frank Body, which went on to become an international beauty brand. In 2016, Erika left Willow & Blake and Frank Body, and has since been working on her new venture in beauty, Fluff. This one is her favourite.
She also owned a cafe in Abbotsford with three friends, called Little Big Sugar Salt, which she recently sold. A few years ago, Erika & her best friend and creative partner, Charl Laubscher, decided to write a children's book, Me Too. Along with the illustrator, Andrew Murray. Me Too was published by Walker Books Australia in February 2018.
