In this episode, I talk about why changing my mindset has changed my life drastically. I explain why we need to be more optimistic at our age in order to make it through these though times. I explain how my fear of being judged by others has affected my life to this day and why outside opinions may not be the largest problem. Likewise, I recognize what we need to think about not to let this common fear stop us from reaching our goals.
