It's ~~E3~~ Summer Game Fest and Microsoft had a pretty great presentation. We'll take you through some of the highlights and review some of the new details about Bethesda's new game Starfield. We'll also take some time to find how Jacob has been doing with Diablo 4.
There are a few other games we've played that we'll talk about them but we're really here to talk about our experiences in Tears of the Kingdom. It's been a couple weeks since our last episode and since then a few new hardware announcements happened. We'll chat about our opinions on those as well as discuss the current games we're playing while that backlog continues to grow.
We both thought this would be a quick episode but low and behold we got talking and it ended up being a long episode. We both have a few games we've been playing but we spent a large amount of the time chatting about some of the highlights from E3.
As always we talk about some of the games they have completed and the games they started up. Not much to talk about in gaming news so it was expected to be a brief episode but Adam had to tell us the ins and outs of Minecraft and Jacob had to go on about Mass Effect again.
Poor Jacob. He's been trying to purchase the Control game's art-book for ever. It appears to be released in most places, but apparently not for him. We discuss this and many other topics such as: game preservation, Cyberpunk 2077 completed by someone! (episode art is one of our characters) and some declarations that will rock you to your core. Jacob and Adam refrain from talking too much about Hades as Jacob is woefully behind on it but they still find time to cover other games they have been playing like Paper Mario. They also take a look into the PlayStation 5 pricing announcement and compare the approaches of the two major console players.
