This week Garon, Brenda, Jeffrey, and I discuss the Netflix docuseries "The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez"

We discuss some of the elements and the things that happened to Gabriel Fernandez and the monsters who was his mother and her boyfriend.

Ingredients

  • Kimchi - 1.5 Cups
  • Pork Belly - 1/2 cups
  • Water or Dashi - 3 Cups
  • Cheongyang Chilis (Can use jalapenos for substitute)- 2 whole chilies
  • Green Onion - 10 inch piece
  • Gochugaru - 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Minced Garlic - 1 Teaspoon
  • Soup Soy Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sale - 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Chop chilies and green onions into small circular pieces
  2. Chop pork belly and kimchi into bite size pieces
  3. Brown pork belly, once pork belly is lightly browned, add kimchi
  4. Add water and kimchi juice. Bring to a boil
  5. Add garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, and salt.
  6. Boil for an additional 15 - 20 minutes. Serve over rice and garnish with green onion
