I am an experienced Leader within Education. Core to my philosophy of education is inspiration. I believe that a school should strive to inspire every learner that comes into the classroom to believe in their talents, apply their abilities and reap the rewards of learning. Inclusivity is important and I feel that as a member of an educational establishment no learner should ever be left out in the cold; we must motivate all learners. We must work hard to find ways to allow each learner to meet their potential, and even exceed their apparent potential. Being flexible around learning styles, adaptable to individual needs and focussed on the process of learning means that those in our care can grow into well rounded citizens of the world.
As a team player, I believe firmly in synergy; the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. Together we can achieve a greater feat than working alone. I believe in transparency, honesty and trust. If we aim high, have open channels of communication, mutual respect and trust then any goal is achievable at any level.

His Ph.D. is about ICT Tools and motivational training; he developed a new pedagogic model for physical education teachers. Besides promoting technology, he workout every day, to practice what he preaches on" for Active and healthy lifestyle. He understands that to promote motivation in physical activity, we should find ways to connect to our students in a way that will make them curious and motivated for physical activity. He sees himself as a pedagogic physical educator pioneer that promotes the usage of ICT tools in physical education and understands that there is a long way to go, regarding implementing ICT tools in physical education classes.

3D printing gives a tremendous push to stem keys and ideas. Those students that exposed to 3D printing will eventually use digital manufacturing solutions during their jobs and will change manufacturing.
