The Pro-Labor Conservatives Podcast allows labor to give conservatives a pathway to understanding pro-labor and pro-union arguments without jeopardizing their principles. It's time we looked past simple labels of "liberal" and "conservative." If unions disappear into the pages of history books, then our democratic insurance policy crumbles. If labor unions' hard-won gains disappear, our last stand against tyranny evaporates. Collective bargaining and the individual's labor rights are essential freedoms in a free-market nation, and never has the battle for their survival been more crucial.
The union establishment has failed its membership, and right-to-work is growing in strength and popularity. Less than 20% of union labor understand what right-to-work is. We are losing the war, and it's time to rethink our strategy. This episode is all about a labor, first worker, first agenda. Fighting for workers' rights with facts and evidence, not feelings and ideology. We don't have a lot of time to figure this out.
