Humility. How do you humble yourself to others? Or do you show selfishness and conceit to other? We need to be taking care of one another and helping when when they are in trouble and lifting them up when they are down. Helping them be the best they can be as we are becomg the best we can be for ourselves and for others.

How do you share advice? Are you sharing what you think is right in your own eyes or have you listened to advice and that is what you are sharing? Maybe times we can be sharing advice or trying to help other be better, but we are sharing what we think is right and maybe not the right advice. We all have are opinions, but in the grand scheme of things my opinions matter to me and not to every one. Of course is depends on the opinion you are sharing, but this is where wisdom comes in. What to share and how to sharing it. Also am I sharing what I think is wrong or am I sharing what is actually wrong. This can be a fine line to walk and we need to be careful what we are saying because we can say the wrong thing to the wrong person or we can devestate or get someone hurt by not choosing our opinions wisely.

I hope to think I am listening to advice, the right advice and not just being a fool spouting what I think is right in my own eyes.

The truth is there are many things that hold us captive and bare a heavy weight on our minds, bodies, and spirits. We should do our best to be better, but many just give up and let go. We need a break to reconnect with oursleves to care for our minds, bodies, and souls. Life can be hard and overbearing, but how do you escape and take time for yourself to relax and rest? I know I fail at it and may do. I do my best to be my best and many days can fall short. Remember to do your best to take care of yourself.

No one can serve two masters because it can cause confusion or discourse between the those incharge, as well as in the ranks. Successful organizations have a heiarchy that is followed and people stay in their lane. We have all been in the situations of trying to deal with multiple managers and the stories never align. One wants you to do it one way and the other another way. Which way is right? We then have to figure it out and you can find yourself always second guessing what you are doing. This can cause mistakes and lots of anxiety. Do your best to deal wiht the situation and keeping your stress level down and your anxiety. When things are bad at home you can see it affect your work. When things are bad at work you can see it affect you at home. Do you best to be your best and stay humble. Just deal with today and not worry about tomorrow. As the song says "just take it one day at a time."

Happy Father's Day to fathers both with us and gone. This is Father's Day weekend and there are many types, good and bad. At the same time there are many types of people. We are all individuals and there are only one of us. Our fingerprints and earprints are unique. As each of us are unique and how we deal with each other is the same. This is where compassion, kindness, meekness, and patience comes in. I know I fail at show these at times and in the same way people fail and showing them to me also. We are trying to help each other grow and be the best that we can be. It is not easy and in a word where people are easily offended it is even harder. Do our best to be our best as we strive to be better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.

Do you share sympathy with others showing their weakness? Are you helping them to be stornger? We do not always understand the obstacles others face or how to help them deal with it, but we can show them sympathy and listen to their frustrations. We not not have the answer to help them at that time, but we can be that person who will not judge them or criticize them as they get through their season. Be better and help other be better. Show them support and encourage them to be the best they can be.

We need to stir up one another to share love and do good works. We are trying to be better and take care of one another. We need to have condifidence to run the ran and the endurance to finish it. Life is certianly not easy, but we need to do our best. I know I fail daily, but I do my best. Some agree that I am trying and some do not think I am trying. The problem with this is that we do not know what others are going through, because we do not know just be kind and love them like Christ loves us.

Are you tenderhearted? Are you kind to others? Theses are important peices in life to share with others. Does not matter if you know them, not know them, other they are your enemy. Always be kind and help others succeed. We are all on our journey and we cannot do it alone. We need to be guided and helped along the way. Not matter what is happening around us we need to do our best to not let it get to us. I know easier said then done, but we must try. Or as Yoda would say "there is not try, there is only do." Be the best version of you as you can be.

Are you genuiune? That is what we need to be. Genuine in our lives as we deal with others professionally and personally. I have a person that I see occasionally at work and they always tell me that they know where they stand with me. I do not hold back any punches. I am not sure if it is good or bad, but I am genuine with them and they do not have to wonder.

We need to be the best that we can be and not casue others to wonder or leave them in a space that can hinder them in what they do. Build up one another and share your talent to help them in their race as you are running your race. Be better. Do Better.

The cycle of life and the stages of grief. We all have to go through it at some point in our lives. Pain hurts and will leave scars. I know I do not always handle things the best when they happen to me, but I try to do better. There are times we find no matter how well we think we are doing, it will not be better for others. Really strive to be the best you can be and some times it is ok to be not ok. There are times being your best is doing the best that can you can right now.

Rules. There are many we have to follow both morally and in life and it certainly does not make things easier. At the sametime are we judging and slandering others because of houw they are acting? The bible talks to us about judging others by their righteouness. Unfortunately in the world we see people getting judge by looks and status. This happens at work and in life also. We are not judge by our work and how well we can do it. We are judged by status, we are judge by looks, we are judged by the boxes that need to be checked off. Love everybody. Love your neighbor. Love yourself. Strive to be the best you can be and do your best work.

Keep pressing on to the goal. There may be setbacks, there may be obstacles, but keep pressing on to finish the race. We do not need to be first, we just need to finish. Working to be better everyday to get to closer to the goal and the finish line. We can do this!

Are you keeping your focus for your goal? We need to not run aimlessly as we are in this race of life running to our goal. I know I can be sidetracked easily with my goals and my plans, but I do my best to get them back on track. We need to keep the focus and not be discouraged or distracted in life to be doing what we need to do.

Do we strive for peace or strife? Are we trying to get along with one another or are we trying to put a wedge between others? We can see this everyday at work, home, anywhere. I know I see wedges driven between others constantly and that is not the best way to live. For less stress, less drama, we should live in peace and harmony. Love one another and help them be the best that they can be. Not using them as stepping stones to get ahead in our own lives.

How do you collaberate with others? Do you know better? Do they know better? Are you building upon the same theory? When we are having conversations we need to really listen because the discussion could be saying the samething, but getting to the point in a different way. The way one person was taught is not always better than the way I was taught. This is where we trust and verify. Make sure to have a real conversation by listening and not by talking.

Do you easily get angry or fly off the handle? I know I can and I used to be a lot worse. We need to do our best to not be quick to anger because it can hurt the respect others have for us or even or reputation. Be smart and stay quiet because it might help solve the issues quicker and more civil.

Accountability, self examination, are we doing the best we can? We have to hold ourselves accoutable if we are going to grow and be better. With the accouability we need to look at ourselves often to see what we are doing and who we are. How are we treating others? How are we doing our work? We always want to grow and learning becasue with knowledge comes wisdom and with wisdom is understanding. The more we can understand things the more we know how they work and how to handle situations. This is how we get better at our jobs and how we get better at life. With the knowledge we then can share it with others to help them be better. Always growing and always learning. Be better today then yesterday. Be better tomorrow than today.

Let your body rest. Feed soul with knowledge and information to help it grow. Give yourself something to hold on to and believe in.

As we know we should be more humble, even though we are in a world full of pride. I know it makes it hard because we see it daily, but we need to be better. Be the humble person.
