This week we had the opportunity to sit down with Rob Gray (director and founder of Graya Construction + Graya Developments).
Rob started building around five year ago in inner city Brisbane and has completed over 25 projects to date during which time Rob has madea name for himself as a premier builder of luxury homes.
Rob has built homes for the likes of Stephen Moore (Wallabies), Darius Boyd (Broncos) and Quade Cooper (Wallabies) and in 2018 Graya Construction won 4 master builder awards for their work.
Rob is currently working on 8 high end homes designed by some of Brisbane's top architects and we are really excited that he was able to spare the time to chat with us.
In today’s society work doesn’t seem to just be work any more. It seems to be a badge of honour or an ego boost.
I am not a psychologist and I don’t know the exact reason for this but I would guess it has something to do with social media and a constant craving for acknowledgement.
This need for acknowledgement has created a desire to be seen as not just a hard worker but as a person that is working or “hustling” so hard that they spend every waking hour on the grind…..hence the term “hustle porn”.
In this episode we have a chat with Brayden Larkin from Zephyr Homes.
Brayden has grown up around property with his father being a builder in his own right. He has experience building super high-end homes and is really pushing the envelope with the type of high-end properties that are usually only seen down in Sydney and Melbourne.
