In our third podcast, we talked with Brad Niemeier, the CEO and Founder of Azzip Pizza. Brad majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue University, while also playing as a walk-on for the football team. During this podcast, we talked about Brad's experience with sports and their relation to his successes of running a restaurant business. We talked about the test kitchen process of creating Azzip's famously-crafted pizzas. We discussed innovation of the restaurant industry, especially in this time of Coronavirus. In our second podcast, we interviewed Myles Cameron. Myles is an amazingly talented up-and-coming musician. He received his degree from Yale University. His music career began in the early 2010s. We discussed his reason for following his passion of music and why he decided to follow this passion and turn it into a career. We discuss how he was able to build a brand image and portray the vividness of his music to his followers. We discussed the evolution of a song from start to finish. We delved into the recent phenomenon of musical ownership between the artist and record label. Lastly, we discuss the extremely important movement, Black Lives Matter. In our pilot podcast, we interviewed Eddy Zuaiter who has nothing less than an amazing career within the investment management industry. To start from the beginning, Eddy worked his way up to becoming a partner at the accounting firm, PwC. He then transitioned over to private equity where he was named COO at Soros Management LLC, working there for an astounding 11 years. He worked with George Soros, one of the brightest and most well-respected investors for more than a decade. After he left the fund, Eddy began his own family investment office in 2013 where he remains Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer. He currently sits on the boards of a wide variety of companies. We go through work experience, his best and worst trade, macroeconomic themes, and tips on succeeding in the industry.
