Restoration! - What does it mean to you? Call in and share!
Psalm 23:3 (ESV) He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness[or right paths] for his name's sake.
We want you to be encouraged to continue in the right direction. Don't get Caught up in the cares of this world.
The enemy of our mind interrupts the goodness that God is doing. Expect clarity of the intimacy between us and God.
It's not just God loving us but him causing us to love Him.
Now God changes us through his love toward us, and through us until we know life is not revolved around us. This world does not revolve around us. Then we open and allow him to reach out through us with that love to touch lives and make a difference. Wow, what change.
[2Co 4:4 KJV] 4 "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."
"[Mat 16:24 KJV] 24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me."
"[Jer 31:3 KJV] 3 . . . Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."
His loving kidnness draws us to him. He loves us as a true father.
Chew the word until it becomes real to you.
[Rom 12:1-2 KJV] 1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
[Psa 1:2 KJV] 2 But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
[Jas 1:22-25 KJV] 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
Ephesians 5:16Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. 17Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. 18Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, 19singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts. 20And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
If you want your life to change you have to choose to change. One way is to set goals, set your focus, set your sets upon. You choose to change and particiapte in changing and why because you want better than what you have. Becasue you believe there is better to be had. Because you believe you have better in you.
People don't like change but . . . we are going to embark on a most wonderful, life changing change!
2 Corinthians 3:16But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.
This is a change that you must choose!
Can you give up your right to be right to transform into His righteous image!
2Corinthians 317 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty [emancipation from bondage, true freedom]. 18 And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit.
There are many changes that can take place in our life that we cannot control. But; we can make a choice regarding the outcome of us regardless of the changes thrust upon us in our life journey. Choose to live no matter what! The undesired changes to not have to steal life from us. Choose life!
Deuteronomy 30:19"I call heaven and earth as witness this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live:"
Prayer Note:
Philippians 1:9-10 "And this I pray, that your love may abound more and more [displaying itself in greater depth] in real knowledge and in practical insight, so that you may learn to recognize and treasure what is excellent [identifying the best, and distinguishing moral differences], and that you may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ [actually living lives that lead others away from sin];"
Well moving into the new year let's take a look at change. Through the course of one's life many changes will take place. Some by choice. Some thrust upon us. Either way we are left to deal with change. As a believer and follower of Jesus we change.
When one gets saved or becomes a believer in Jesus they are changed instantly. Their spirit is transferred from darkness to light. Acts 26:18 "To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me." Acts 26:18
Colossians 1:12-15 "always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins. Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,"
A story of the revelation of a hatred of God that resulted in a life really committed to God. Like Paul sometime you don't really know where you are until the revelation comes.
"[Mat 6:24 KJV] 24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."

If you are sitting in a corner waiting for God to move you probably need to get up.
Come to know God - more then reading the Bible about him; practice it on a regular.
Because of what Jesus did and we believe what he did we can be saved, set free from the penalty of sin; death.
Then we can be in relationship with God and follow God's plan for our life as the Holy Spirit leads us.
As we pray, commune with God, find a place to plant where we can grow (find a ministry or church that preaches and teaches the Bible and allow you to learn and grow in God).
Through the word of God go on to a learn of God and live a life consecrated to the God that gave you life.
Fellowship with God often.
(Jhn 10:27 KJV) 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
A surrendered life in Christ conditions us for living a consecrated life in him.
We are saved, we surrender to God and become concencrated to Him.
(Gal 2:20 KJV) 20 "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."
We will continue the discussion of consecratioin to God. Consecration is an almost forgotten part of Christianity. We are being prepared for a mighty move of God.There is a level of intimacy with God that we come to really be. The journey to consecration is becoming aware of our strengths and our weaknesses and an intensifying of our passion for God. All through God loving us so we can love him. We get to where he manifest himself inside of us.
God loves us which causes us to love him. This causes us to love others. This causes us to have a passion for our mission to show the love that Christ had for us. We are one body and not long rangers.

The results of love:
Love is emotion, it is kind, and it is forgiving. But most of all God is love. When we think about what love is we are looking for results.

You have a choice to make. Where is your focus? What can be done to influence our perception in the right direction?

With all these new influences coming from the right places our perception begans to change.Through reading the word, meditating on the word, spending time with the spirit I start obeying, walking out the word of God Now coming from love and not evil or selfish motives, we change. The mouth produces what has influenced our heart. . I'm no longer a complainer because no longer meditating on why someone is looking at me wrong because I'm too consumed by the love and word of God to allow my mind to go there anymore.
What has been introduced to our memory helps form our perceptions.
Jeremiah 4:22 "For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge."
At the beginning of salvation for someone not raised in church the scripture ". . . be ye holy for I am holy;" 1 Peter 1:16 you have no concept of because you have no former influences or memory to base the scripture on.
The thing within you that gives you the okay to respond to the love of God came from God himself. We want love. ". . . God is love." 1John 4:8
Romans 12:2 "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, . . ."

I believe that in 2015 many doors will be opened. Holy Spirit has instructed me as we intend to go through those doors we must be a people that have our hearts turned toward him. I believe as we walk through those doors we are gonna have our spirit man being disciplined to be able to walk at the speed through the door that he would have us walk through. If we're not disciplined in that there is a chance that we'll walk through wrong doors. God has specific doors; with a specific purpose. Walking through those doors comes from a heart that is disciplined toward him. Things,hearts, hope, dreams are going to be restored . . . As we're disciplined toward hearing his spirit we will go though those doors and we will see his kingdom flourish!

We prayer for encourage for men to be all that God intends for them to be. Hebrews12:1-3 are surrounded by a great cloud of people whose lives tell us what faith means. So let us run the race that is before us and never give up. We should remove from our lives anything that would get in the way and the sin that so easily holds us back. Let us look only to Jesus, the One who began our faith and who makes it perfect. He suffered death on the cross. But he accepted the shame as if it were nothing because of the joy that God put before him. And now he is sitting at the right side of God’s throne. Think about Jesus’ example. He held on while wicked people were doing evil things to him. So do not get tired and stop trying.
Word Alive starts this year in prayer. Ask God to show you how to be an effective part of prayer to change this world as we, the body of Christ become one.
John 17:21 (NLT) I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.
Father may we be one heart, one mind as Jesus is with the Father. We pray for the rescue of the lost and the hurting. We pray for the ill children across the world.
Join us Saturday, as we pray for men!
I request that you in the body of Christ come into agreement with me to do life big in 2015 and from now on. Jesus said he came that we might have LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY! Do life big; giving and serving others! True you will have big experiences in your commitment to Christ but it is all about not focusing on you so much but look out side of you and you will find a whole other world waiting for you to reach them, touch them, point them to Christ as you give to them, love them, serve them in deed; action.

Pray Ephesians prayers over yourself and the body regularly.

We continue looking at the results of Abraham's wife's operating in the flesh to bring forth the promise of God.

God has provided a way for us to be refreshed, for us to reclaim our posture. Instead of being helpless before the enemy we take our posture, take our strength and stand against the enemy.
Praise is more than a meditation.
You must open your mouth and praise.
When we praise God we are recognizing his existence. We are giving him place in our life. Moving self out of the way, making it not about you for the time and giving him room to grow in you, on your behalf. Some people don’t like it when the secular singers and musicians honor God when they accept their rewards. I love it. And they are most right to do it because it is God that gives them the breath of life. They cannot give it to themselves. It is God that gave them the talent to know and create music, rather they use it to sing to or about him or not the talent itself comes from God. And the scripture does include them. Psa 150:6 KJV Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Psalm 44:5-8 KJV Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us. For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me. But thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us. In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah.

Lift up a prayer right now for hurting, abused, orphaned, homeless, captive children around the world. Let us release prayers that avail much so all of these are rescued, brought to safety, put in loving and caring homes to never be abused. God can help them, there is nothing impossible for him. Continuation from last weeks Faith Begins with a Word. Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." We're talking about faith - a reliance on Jesus for everything.
Life is all about communing with the Lord to receive instructions by a word so you can hide it in your heart to not sin against God by never allowing that word to be redefined so you walk away from what God said you would do or be. Never allow that word to be extracted out of your heart or commit it to being redefined. The word of God is the light or beacon that keeps you moving in God.

The scripture does not actually say it had never rained. Hebrews 11:7 " . . . being warned of God of things not seen as yet . . ." and some say the warning speaks of the rain, others the flood, and the judgment itself. However we know that it did not rain before man was formed according to Genesis 2:5-7 the earth was watered by a midst and after God planted the garden it was watered by a river in verse 10 ". . . a river went out of Eden and watered the garden . . ." There is no mention of rain until the warning in chapter 7:4.

Why should we Trust God? We should trust God because the outcome itself can be beyond our physical capabilities.
Why should we have and intimate relationship with God? We should have an intimate relationship with God because it is the most precious, rewarding intimacy in the world. It supercedes all else. It can lift you from anything and propell you to those things that are impossiblities by the hands of man.
I refered to 2 Chronicles 1:10-11, and for Isaiah 43:19 and 26. I said "Put me in remembrance of my word." it actually does not say "of my word" in verse 26. I also refered to Romans 4:17 and 14, Romans 8:28, Galatians 4:4.

Why is Solomon considered the wisest man, richest man to ever live? "[1Ki 3:11-13 KJV] 11 And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment; 12 Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee. 13 And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.
Our key scripture for this series is Jeremiah 17:5-10 Read Psalm 119:89-105 (KJV) "103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! [yea, sweeter] than honey to my mouth! 104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. 105 NUN. Thy word [is] a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." God's precepts, his rule of behavior or direction for our lives bring us to understanding. We may not understand it when he instructs us but as we ralize his goodness we learn more and more and come to understand more and more. The more we trust God the more he entrusts to us Matt 24:25-21 It is for our benefit.
We continue with the questions Why do we need an intimate relationship with God? Why should we trust him? Why Should You Trust God? We looked at what happens when man does not trust God but trust flesh/man. Now lets take a look into what happens when man chooses to trust God. Jeremiah 17:7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings"
Sharing testimonies of these who chose to trust in God. Why Should You Trust God? Today we take a look at the man who puts his trust not in God but in flesh/man. At some time or other each of us encounter a time of struggle in our walk in Christ. Those who are in a struggle or have a hurting heart be encouraged. Abundant life can flourish beyond your struggle and pain. The Holy Ghost enables us to fulfill the great commission. We who believe on Jesus as the son of God can have the Holy Ghost present and active in our lives that we carry out the plan and purpose of God. We learn that the goodness of God leads to repentance and that repentance is powerful and goes beyond salvation.
