This weeks episode is one that I'm very excited for, we have Charlie and Deirdre on from Tribe Charity which is a charity created to fight the stigma of mental health in Ireland, We chat everything going on with the charity at the minute especially around positive things to do over lockdown!! This week episode we have Ultra Marathoner/Adventurer Conor O'Keefe on talking from his back garden as he's on a 14 day challenge of not being able to step inside so it makes for something a bit different fun and interesting because of new restrictions we were not able to do in person so no takeaway this week but instead there is a lot of laughs and some great food for thought.
