Have you ever made a bad decision in your life that cost you BIG time? It happens, right? But when it comes to spiritual decisions that have eternal consequences, the cost can be more than we realize.

Becky Cope our worship leader brought a powerful message on worship. As well as our needed response to this Corona virus and our many fears that might be threatening our sanity. We are not a people of fear but we do practice wisdom. As tough as it is we need to look to GOD because no matter the size of our problems, GOD is bigger and our problems will shrink next to HIM.

From time to time we can allow our priorities to slip and let minor things rise in importance. Pastor Kamron challenged us this past Sunday to take a moment to remember JESUS. For that is what communion is; remembering the ultimate sacrifice that GOD made on the cross. So be encouraged as you listen to this encouraging message.

What an impactful message from Pastor Kamron. We all have experienced hard and difficult things in life, However often it's not the external but the internal that is the greatest danger. We need to guard our hearts because everything we do flows from it. The question is what are we guarding?

No one is immune to the stresses of this world. Pastor Kamron shared a powerful message about a woman, by the name of Ruth who had to make a decision of who she would trust. She chose GOD, today we have that same choice. Who do you choose? If you need some encouragement that GOD has not abandoned you then listen to this message and here these words "GOD cares for me."

Pastor Kamron shared a powerful message in his sermon titled "GOD CARES FOR ME" part II. If you feel alone, feel left out as we all do from time to time then this is a message for you. Be encouraged even when we don't feel it JESUS is with us in the lonely places.

One of the most difficult themes to remember in scripture is that we don't have to work and work to prove ourselves to GOD and neither does anyone around us. GOD cares for me, GOD CARES for you. Today be encouraged that the GOD of the universe is thinking about you and HE smiles.

The Lord is my Sheperd is perhaps one of the most quoted passages in the entire bible. However sometimes that familiarity can lead to a blasé attitude when reading it. What does it mean for the LORD to be our Sheperd? If you are feeling burnt out, running to habits to distract from a God size hole in your life or just full of anxiety then please don't scroll past. This is the message you need to hear.

Pastor Kamron encouraged us with the new church directive for the 2020 year. "YOU MATTER & YOU BELONG" The biggest critique that the religious Elite had against Jesus was that HE willingly associated with sinners. Do we? Or are we like those religious Pharisee's who want everyone to clean up their act before they have the right to be with us?

We just celebrated Christmas the birth of Jesus the day where we remember God so loved us that HE sent HIS SON to the earth. HE loves us on Purpose. This Sunday Pastor Kamron encouraged us to examine our own life and see in what areas do we need to be more like the GOD we serve? In what areas can we love more on purpose?

With just under three weeks until Christmas it can be easy to lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas. Pastor Kamron brought a great message and challenged us this Christmas. "Is the only time we bow this Christmas is when we kneel to over presents under the tree?" Let's be intentional this Christmas and remember this; that it's not about the presents under the tree but the present that hung on the tree.

We live in the information age. A time where in one hand we are more connected and informed then ever before in the history of the human race. However on the other hand we are also more alone, and isolated then perhaps any other generation. If you can relate to this there is hope and HIS name is JESUS. Join us as Pastor Kamron shares a great message about that GOD laid on his heart, a message all about how "YOU ARE NOT ALONE.'

GOD has a growth plan for us, but what if it looks different from what we may want? Most of us if we're really honest would greatly prefer a life of ease seeking out health, wealth and prosperity. Yet like Pastor Kamron preached today living a life like that is like being a rubber band with no tension. #USELESS it's not ease but tension that God uses to shape us into Christians that worship HIM into SPIRIT and TRUTH. So are we ready???

We are still reeling back from Pastor Kamron's message this past Sunday. We asked a question which was "WHO AM I" for many of us we fill that blank with so many different things. Often depending on the day and how we feel that blank may be filled with a positive or negative comment. Yet what if none of those things truly give us our IDENTITY? Instead let's remember that our IDENTITY is in Jesus not in what the world says about us and not what we say about us. So take heart, be encouraged and find out what JESUS says about you.

Pastor Kamron brought such a great this past Sunday. What is your motivation in prayer??? If we have the wrong motivation in our prayer how effective can that really be? Prayer is less about what we get about God and more about how GOD can transform our heart. So who has the throne in your life?

Pastor Kamron had a great message on "Sometimes It Gets Worse Before It Gets Better." We love the great moments but sometimes we have to go through the tough seasons. Instead of "Blind Dreaming" we need to keep our faith in Jesus but also be realistic about what we are going through. If you have ever been through a rough season this is a great message for you.

This week we are talking about integrity. In simple terms, does how I look on the outside match what I am on the inside? When I am all alone, and no one is looking, do I live the same way as when I'm in a crowd of people?

Am I who I say I am? One the inside?

Listen to this week's message as Pastor Kamron shares how God sees each of us. He doesn't look at our words or even our good deeds. God looks at our hearts. Listen and see if you need to allow Jesus to start a renovation project in you?

We had special guest Director of Northpoint GR Bible College J.p Dorsey visit us all the way from Grand Rapids MI. He brought a timely word on how GOD is calling our community to a type of Radical Hospitality. A hospitality where people are free to be wrong, a place where we are not ashamed of each other's past or their stories. Today let's take a step towards this as we practice the Radical Hospitality of Jesus

In Sunday's message we hear from Pastor Kamron on how our God is a creative God and HE is challenging us to be creative as well. The Bible tells us that we were created in the image of God. Imagination is the outlet that God can use to reveal HIS creativity to the world yet too often we are comfortable on the sidelines. Let's get in the game & follow the GOD of creation.

Wow! Pastor Kamron shared a great message about who GOD says HE is and even more about who God is. Today what if instead of telling GOD about our BIG problems we tell our problems about our BIG GOD? Let that encourage you today. The more you realize how BIG GOD is the more you will find that the stress of this life is even the worst stresses of this life are small indeed.

We're still thinking about the great message Pastor Kamron brought this past Sunday. "Love More" God is encouraging every one of us to love one more person. There no doubt we all have things in our life that we want to do more of. If God told us to pursue those things we'd be all over it. However when it comes to loving others we sometimes place limits. So who can you love more today? Whoever that person is.... Let's go out there and show Jesus to a world that needs HIM.

Have you ever been given a ticket and had to be summoned to court? It doesn't matter how few or how many times.... it's always a bit intimidating. Well today Pastor Kamron brought a powerful & encouraging sermon about how we are all "Guilty As Charged" only GOD can free us from those handcuffs.

Pastor Kamron is back and he encouraged and challenged us with a great message titled GOD'S crazy plan. There's an old saying that says "Hindsight is 20/20" in the midst of living life we can often wonder why GOD isn't showing up or at least not in the way we would prefer. Yet be encouraged GOD does have a plan and it might seem crazy to us at first but we can TRUST that it is good.

We've all been there. Work. Family. Stress. REPEAT but what if God isn't interested in seeing you burdened with another thing to do. We all face things that threaten to rob us of the joy Jesus promises. Our guest speaker the District Superintendent of the MI Assemblies of God brought a great message. If you have ever, or know someone who has ever gotten lost under the weight of life there is GOOD NEWS! HIS NAME IS JESUS

WOW! Our guest speaker Curt Dalaba brought down the house today. "We all start in the same place inclined towards the world but when GOD gets involved HE conforms us and transforms us." We all need to constantly remember to FOCUS on Jesus and we need our minds, hearts and ethic to be reoriented and transformed to the image of CHRIST. If that's you today, then be encouraged by this message "Transformation Thinking".

"Sometimes the worst deception is self deception" Have you ever not known where to turn? Join our guest speaker Curt Dalaba as he shares a great message on how to focus on GOD when we have a "Turbulent Heart." That even Jesus would take time to get alone with GOD and if we don't do the same we do so at our detriment.

WHAT A GREAT WORD! "That's not fair!!!" Have you ever uttered those words, have you ever felt the pain in your heart from life just not being fair? Join our guest speaker Otis Buchan as he walks us through what GOD says about life not being fair.

In Jeremiah, God reprimands Israel for forsaking God. He laments that they no longer ask, "Where is the Lord?" Our guest speaker Otis Buchan talks about how we, like Israel, can forget our worth to God and no longer stop to ask where God is in our situation. Otis encourages us to keep our eyes on God and remember what He says about us.

We all have memories that influence our decisions, helping or hindering us from God's best. If you were asked to describe Christmas with just ONE word, what would you say? There's no right or wrong answer here. Love, Joy, Peace and many other great character traits of God would suffice. But this week, Pastor Kamron suggests one word that might contend for the best answer.

In the classic song, O Holy Night... there's a line that says, "A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices." What did the weary world suddenly have to rejoice about? HOPE. Jesus was born. The answer to our biggest problem appeared.

But WE know of something that's coming soon. Jesus. He has promised to return for His Church. But people are ignoring the truth. Not only that, but WE aren't sounding the warning very well.

Do I Trust God? Really trust. Like if He wants me to take a "leap of faith" in my life that requires me to do something I have never done and don't know what the outcome will be?

How much darkness will God allow near Him? It's an important question that has HUGE implications in our lives. Does God overlook a little sin here and a little sin there in our lives? (Darkness = sin)

Well, according to our main passage this week... the answer is NO! God doesn't have or associate with darkness, "AT ALL". And Pastor Kamron states this week, that anything you do in darkness... God will not bless that with His presence or His favor. He can't. Like, "AT ALL".

But the Good News is, God provides us with a way to be forgiven and set FREE from our sin. There's no reason to walk through this life defeated because you have slipped up. Today's as good a day as any, to repent and be free.

At Easter time we Christians love to come together and worship God and celebrate Jesus victory over death. And rightly so! We are blessed to have a right relationship with God because of Jesus great sacrifice.

But is Sunday morning worship enough? Is a few songs and a prayer enough when it comes to my worship of God? My praise?

Hell.

It's a very real place. The Bible is clear about it. Jesus talked about Hell twice as much as He talked about Heaven. WHY? Because God's plan is that NO person would go there. Jesus provided the way to NOT go there.

This week we celebrate July 4th as a Nation. Independence Day. We celebrate the Freedom we have because many men and women have sacrificed SO much to secure it for us. We are a blessed nation in this regard.

But there is an even greater Freedom than this. The Freedom we have as Believers in Jesus. This Freedom is forever and can never be taken away. But unfortunately, this Freedom is often under appreciated.

In Mark 10, a blind man names Bartimaeus hears Jesus is walking down the road. He heard Jesus heals. He cries out for Jesus.

What happens next is miraculous. Jesus hears the cry of a blind man and HEALS him. Jesus is cool like that.

The crazy thing is many of us are consumed by this part of our lives... this vapor that is gone tomorrow. We focus SO much on it that we fail to recognize the important things... the eternal things.

Knowing they were to go and share Jesus with the gentiles, why did they feel they need to pray MORE? Well... probably because they recognized that the only successful plan of action would be Holy Spirit led and through doors that only God Himself could OPEN!

But some of us view Jesus like we view Santa! He is "up there" and looking down to see if we are being good little boys and girls. As if some of us are passing and some are failing at being "nice".

We have many changes happening in our lives today and no one is exempt. You probably realize this already.

But the problem with so many changes is we tend to forget about, or minimize, the importance of the UN-changing things in our lives. And the truth is that we serve an unchanging God.

Are there things/situations going on in your life today that are SCREAMING for your attention? (Especially during Christmas) Is your focus on the unchanging God minimized or forgotten because of it?

Yes! It's called the Gospel... or the Good News. It's the message of Jesus that has the POWER OF GOD to bring salvation!

What does this "Good News" look like? What does it mean? More importantly, what does it mean to me?

Pastor Kamron starts off in Matthew 21 where Jesus flipped the tables in the temple and declared it was supposed to be called a house of prayer. It wasn't being used the way God intended.

How about you? What's your temple look like? (Hint: it's inside you now) Would Jesus find a heart/mind seeking Him... of selfishness, greed and many things that Jesus found in the temple in our passage?

It's time to let Jesus flip your tables and clean house. He will. Will you let Him?

The second part of today's message finds Jesus in the garden praying shortly before being arrested and hung on a cross. (Yeah, He did that for you and me.) Jesus prayed and asked God, if possible... to remove His cup of suffering He was about to endure.

But He ended this prayer with "Yet I want your will to be done, not mine." Is that you today? Like Jesus are you in a situation you don't want to be in? Take it to prayer... but finish it like Jesus did here. God's Will be done...

God is good. He loves you. Let's put Jesus back in the #1 position of our lives. He belongs there.

But Peter serves the God OF the impossible. Our God CAN do anything. And Peter has faith in Jesus and he is "Standing Firm" in that faith!

If Jesus were to ask you to do something that seems crazy and ridiculous and the ONLY reason you would do it is humble obedience... would you do it?

The reality is, this ridiculous FAITH is not optional as a Believer in Jesus... it's mandatory. Do you have a FAITH in Jesus that reflects your "all IN" with Him?

Have you ever had the Holy Spirit challenge you to DO something or QUIT doing something... only to answer with "No, I can't do that"? Maybe you felt like you needed God to provide something in order for you to be capable of obedience?

Yeah, that's the case for the disciples in today's passage. Jesus was teaching on forgiveness to the degree of forgiving the same person 7 TIMES in one day! Can you image forgiving the same person like this? (Neither could the disciples... so they asked Jesus to "increase their faith" in order to obey.)

But like usual, Jesus had a different answer. And it speaks to more than just forgiving others. It's applicable to every instance you feel compelled by God to DO something.

Have you ever heard this phrase before, “If you’re not growing, you’re dying”?

It’s true. Just look at any living thing in the world today and at SOME level… if it’s alive, it’s still growing. Take a tree for example. It might reach its max height, but if it’s alive… it will still be growing in girth. (That’s where the rings come from in the trunk of a tree as it grows every year)

What about US? Not just physically… but spiritually? What about YOU?

The question today is an important one. If you look at your life and compare it with where you were at the beginning of this year, have you personally grown? Do YOU look more like Jesus today than you did on January 1st, 2016?

Or am I so comfortable in my own place in the world... that those hurting right next door might as well be rioting in Chicago for all I care?

Our faith in Jesus is founded on the truth's we read in the Bible. The Church believes that the Bible is God's Word. It is the Inspired Word of our Living God...

Why?

Or maybe better yet, like Pilot sarcastically answered Jesus... "What is truth?" Who says the Bible is the Word of God? And if it is, how do I know that the translations we have today are the same as the original manuscripts we no longer have?

Those are great questions. If you are struggling with the fact that the Bible IS the Word of God... maybe you can't get past the "written by men" part. Or if you just want to be more confident in the legitimacy of the Bible being God's Word. Listen to this weeks message as Pastor Kamron starts the conversation.

We don’t “bow” to anyone these days. It’s not part of our culture; it’s rarely appropriate outside of getting on one knee to propose in marriage. But the truth is… we should be doing it every day.

Every… single… day.

Jesus is our Lord and Savior. He is our Redeemer. He is our Salvation. Jesus is our King. And we owe Him everything we have and everything we ARE. Daily, we must bow to our King.
