In this episode, Chris, Mick and Moorey reflect back on the first year of Man On! and recall some of the many memories that have made the group be a real success in the local area. We also have a feature interview with Dr Allan Knox, a former Larkfield resident that has now taken his career within the health, fitness and exercise arena to high levels as an Assistant Professor in the USA. Dr Knox's story is very inspiring and he shares the benefits of exercise to mental health whilst discussing how he has achieved his professional success.
In this episode today we are joined by Clyde Superscoreboard host Gordon Duncan, who shares his stories from hosting the show and how the last 12 months for him has been on a personal and professional level. We discuss mental health, infamous callers, Motherwell, Scotland and also complete a Beat the Pundit competition.
In this episode we will feature an in-depth discussion with Sam Magee, a valued Man On! volunteer, who will be sharing his life journey and experience of PTSD. Sam is using his life experiences to support others and is inspiring story is well worth a listen. In our final episode of the season, we review the journey of Man On! so far and the impact we have had within the community. We also had the pleasure of catching up with individuals such as Mike Armiger (Education Mental Health Specialist), members of our group and lastly Sarah and Liam with a powerful and emotional story and song in relation to suicide. In the penultimate episode of this season, we will focus on masculinity and the impact this can have on our mental health. We feature an in-depth discussion with Professor Ross Deuchar, a criminology lecturer at UWS. Ross is also an author and has a real specialism with gangs and the links to mental health. Our first feature is a discussion by local men previewing the start of the Scottish football season and the links this can have on our wellbeing.
This podcast will have a focus on childhood adversity and the impact this can have on our mental health. We are joined by Graeme Armstrong, writer of "The Young Team", a book that focusses on mental health, addiction and Scottish gang culture all through Graeme’s own lived experience growing up in Airdrie.

In this episode we will be focussing on gambling and it's relationship with mental health and suicide. We were joined by local man Mick and former professional footballer, Kevin Twaddle. They both shared their own journey with gambling and the impact this had on their life.
In this episode, we will be focussing on drug addiction and mental health. We were joined by John Foskett, who shared his journey on twitter recently and went viral. His story is inspiring and very relatable to Inverclyde.
