Description: "Doctor Harvey Dyer has spent forty years using his considerable medical knowledge to treat the citizens of a humble rural county. Not to say that he was a good man, per se. Dyer helps all of his patients with a smile on his face, but with cruelty in his heart. Forty years of restraint are about to give way to a man who is ready to reap his pound of flesh from the people he despises.
