2gether Support Solutions
In August this year, 2gether Support Solutions brought their recruitment in-house and set up a talent acquisition team. Samantha Follington, Head of People for 2gether put together the plan to recruit this new team.
The service has been up and running for a couple of months and the talent acquisition team headed up by Jessica Clarke, Talent Acquisition Manager, helped to make sure that there was a smooth transition to the new system and that the team were up to speed before recruitment began.

In August 2020, 2gether Support Solutions turns two, and as this is our third podcast, it's about time we had a chat with Fin Murray, our Managing Director about all things 2gether Support Solutions.
There have been a lot of developments and changes over the last two years, so we thought it would be good to have a chat with Fin about the legacy that 2gether stands upon, what we have to look forward to over the next 6 months, and what 2gether's future looks like.
Fin talks about why 2gether was formed, what the challenges have been as well as his highlights so far. He discusses the recent pandemic and recognises the hard work all our teams are doing to keep the hospitals running and how the Employee Assistance Programme is there to support your wellbeing. Fin also talks about the future of 2gether and how you can get involved to share your ideas for improving the working environment to benefit you and the patients we help to look after.
