Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Goshen Season (Part 1)
Welcome to 2021! Have you “cancelled” 2020 yet or drawn up your resolutions for the new year?
In our sermon today, Pastor Tai reminds us that we are in a different year, but in the same season of Goshen! In the new series, “The Goshen Season”, we learn that we only move forward based on a spiritual word that changes the timings and seasons of life.
Now, while we remain in this season, we have to understand God’s expectations of us and be intentional with actions in order to win the battle. How can we do this?
Firstly, we must submit to the season and not the year. James 4:7 encourages us to submit to God and resist the devil. Until we submit to God, we will not know how to navigate through the season of Goshen.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: I Am Faithful (Part 1)
As we reach the final Sunday of 2020, Pastor Tai encourages us to push aside memories of the trials and tribulations of 2020, but instead dwell upon the Divine Faithfulness of God.
In 2 Timothy 2:13, the Bible reminds us that ‘if we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny who He is’. Despite everything you have experienced this year, even on the days when you couldn’t get out of bed, days you weren’t sure you could feed your family, and God seemed so far away, He was there.
God isn’t going anywhere, people will let you down but God will never let you down, because he never sleeps nor slumbers. He is continuously fighting on your behalf.
Yes, this year has surely been unprecedented but if you are able to read this message today, give thanks, you are still here, YOU MADE IT! Let your reflection of God this year be one of inspiration and not dejection.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Create Your Own Atmosphere (Part 4)
How much are you doing for others? Who are you really living for? As we enter the final days for 2020, this Sunday, Pastor Tai encourages us to not leave 2020 without sowing a seed.
Sowing a seed is not just about giving an offering, throwing money at a situation, but truly creating an genuine atmosphere towards your tomorrow and not just your today. In 2 Kings 4, the story of the Shunammite woman, illustrates a pious woman, authentically selfless, removing herself from the equation, to benefit others. She teaches us to stop seeing life as a process of transactions, but instead learn to open your doors and hearts to those in need, without expecting anything in return.
Yes 2020 has been daunting, and it can difficult to let go and give to others, but just remember, what you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. So cease from the tit for tat, sow a seed and be a blessing.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Create Your Own Atmosphere (Part 2)
For the second instalment in his new series titled ‘create your own atmosphere- climate change’, Pastor Tai shared a great message to help us cultivate an atmosphere of peace.
Your thoughts are very powerful. The bible even advises us in Proverbs 4:23 that we should “guard our hearts for everything you do flows from it”. If you’re constantly thinking negative thoughts and consuming negative information, it shows up in your energy. It affects others around you and your outlook on life. To cultivate an atmosphere of peace, you must strengthen your mind and be aware of your thoughts.
Secondly, it is essential to maintain unity. During hard times, the devil tries to cause isolation as we are more powerful in numbers. We achieve more together in unity than we can alone.

Sometimes you feel like you are fighting an uphill battle. You keep pushing, trying your hardest to move forward, but you remain stagnant or even worse off than you started.
In this enlightening sermon, Pastor Tai encourages us to shift our thinking from the physical, to the spiritual.
You may have tried to change location, job, house, in order to avoid a problem, yet it still follows you. It is not just what appears before your eyes that has an affect on you. Believe it or not, the enemy’s battleground is not just physical, we are wrestling against spiritual powers and beings.

How are you feeling at this present moment? You may feel as though you are entering a season of gloom and doom, the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You’re tired, maybe even exhausted, running out of ways to keep strong for tomorrow, especially with current circumstances.
Today Pastor Tai wants to encourage you to let go of your burdens and allow God to do the work. You may be carrying the weight of financial woes, unforgiveness, problems at home; you have to let them go. God holds your time in His hands. Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Worn Out
Woah, 2020 has been a lot and the year has not even ended yet! With so much happening in the world and in our personal lives, it’s understandable if you’re starting to feel worn out. But in today’s sermon, Pastor Tai delivered a powerful message that will remind you of who you are. Regardless of what is going on, you should refuse to stay worn out.
The danger of remaining worn out is that you lose your attractiveness. If you think about some of things in your home that are worn out, they have lost their appeal and their use to you. The same happens to you when you allow your problems to pull you down: 1. You become ugly 2. You become unfruitful 3. You become self-absorbed 4. You become negative
However, God has given us the weapons to fight back and shake off the feeling of fatigue. Through prayer and belief that you are bigger than your problems, you will grow through your situation.

In the final message of the Create to Last series, Pastor Tai brings us a timely word as we transition into a new season. Titled “Reject disappointment and discouragement”, we’re taken through 3 key elements to confronting fear in the form of disappointment and discouragement.
First, we must fight back. When life throws us knocks, if we want to last, we need to fight back and not allow feelings to dictate our future. Secondly, we need to forge forward. What does that mean? It means pressing on despite the distraction, the defamation and the delay that may happen as a result. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, we must find God. When we find God in the midst of disappointment and discouragement, we find strength and we find purpose and with that, we’re sure to build something that will last.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Create to Last (Part 5)
In the 5th instalment of the “Create to Last” series, Pastor Tai shares the principles shaping the Power of release.
We learn that the main ingredient in building a lasting legacy, is to be givers. We have to give God our hearts in its entirety. The law of deterioration ensures that all our material and earthly possessions diminish in value with time. Therefore, we must have a rich relationship in God, which lasts for eternity.
How can you succeed by being a giver? We learn that worrying about our image keeps us from this rich relationship with God and stops us from being givers and helpers. When we focus only on only our own needs, are quick to take credit and are self promoting, we end up bringing others down in the process. Givers help others without thinking about their own needs. Self sacrifice is the true way to find one’s self.
You become greater than what you are prepared to lose and lesser than what you are prepared to hold on to.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Create to Last (Part 4)
The ‘Create to Last’ series has thus far taught us the importance of recognising the master builder (God) and regarding the pattern given to us by God. This week Pastor Tai teaches us the importance of ‘Retaining the virtue of patience’ and ‘Resolving to last the distance’.
Many of us want that amazing job, that picture-perfect relationship, the great house, the LV luggage, but are not willing to wait the time required to attain them. We would rather the quicker, cheaper, incomplete version.
In rushing for greatness, do you realise that you are sacrificing quality for convenience? We have to be patient with the process, armour ourselves with the tenacity, patient endurance, without compromising. Don’t frustrate yourself trying to get somewhere that is not meant for you. God will get you there, rest in God and stay the course, stay consistent.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Create to Last (Part 2)
In today’s word, Pastor Tai shares with us the importance of following the pattern. What pattern you ask? God’s pattern. God’s pattern for each and every single one of us, is the standard. It is a special pattern unique to you.
The world we live in will undoubtedly try to squeeze us into its own patterns; patterns that are the complete opposite of what God established for us from the beginning. The problem with this, is that we end up trying to fit into a mold or pattern that wasn’t created for us in the first place! When that inevitably fails, that’s when problems really start to kick in.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Create to Last
Did you know the primary call of Christian is to be a builder? The first occupation we are introduced to in the bible, is that of a builder, God the Creator. Because we are made in the image of God and his likeness, WE ARE ALSO CREATORS, you are creative. If you are creating nothing, you are not reflecting the likeness of God.
Many of us are waiting for the help of others, their parents, friends instead of going at it alone, and taking responsibility for our lives. Some of us take the plunge, do all the hard work but the toil is futile because we are doing it all WITHOUT GOD, the master builder.
During this new series, Pastor Tai aims to teach us, not only the importance of building with God, but how to build and make it last. To find out how to build on solid ground and not become a sand builder, DOWNLOAD NOW to listen to the full sermon and be blessed by this message.

Description Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Conquest of Faith (Part 5)
In our sermon today, Pastor Tai continued the series titled, ‘The Conquest of Faith’. In this fifth instalment, we dive deeper into the Word and how we can conquer by faith.
We reflect on the woman with the issue of blood in Luke 8. The bible says “It was her faith that connected her to the source of power and provoked the flow of that power into her life, to terminate her shame.
How can we develop faith connected to our source of power even when life doesn’t make sense? What do we need to do to make us more than a conqueror by faith?
We learn that we must have faith in the Word!
Isaiah 55:11 “So shall my Word be that goes forth out of My mouth; it shall not return to me void but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose and it shall prosper in the thing in which I sent it”.
Faith is so important! It turns the Word into the power of God. Faith cannot go into action unless you engage it with the Word. We are encouraged to speak what we want and not what we have!

Description Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Conquest of Faith (Part 3)
For today’s sermon, Pastor Tai continued his powerful series titled, ‘The Conquest of Faith’.
To truly understand the biblical definition of faith, you must read Hebrews 11. The scripture shows how imperative faith is as a Christian and gives clear examples of what faith can do.
Hebrews 11:1 defines faith as “the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen”. You may visibly see your problems, but that invisible substance called faith is what will pull you through any situation you find yourself in. By faith, what may appear impossible, will be made possible.
Just like the foundation of a building, you don’t actually see the building’s foundation but it is the reason why the building is able to stay up. Without this unseen support system, the building would not exist.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Conquest of Faith (Part 2)
On the second instalment of the new series, ‘The Conquest of Faith’, Pastor Tai takes us a little deeper into the exploration of faith in action. Quick summary of last week: a) sometimes ‘frenemies’, friends with whom you have competition with and maybe even a little rivalry with, are an essential part of the journey; b) God often uses frenemies to develop strength of character within us and c) running from these frenemies could mean running from destiny. All caught up? Great!
Today, we take a look at how we often allow fear to fight against our faith, rather than letting our faith fight against our fear. We often quote 2 Timothy 1:7 but rarely do we live it because if we’re honest with ourselves, we often let fear do the talking. So that begs the question, is there a way to change that? Yes, there is!
Here are 3 quick things you can do to use your faith to confront your faith: 1) stay single-minded, keep your eyes firmly fixed on God; 2) start making decisions fuelled by faith otherwise, fear will paralyse you and jeopardise your future and 3) stay in the place of rest, because resting in God is what gives us confidence to press on forward.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Conquest of Faith (Part 1)
2020 has surely been a year of tests, trials and tribulations for all of us. We have all come across some issue, a person, thorn in our side, that just doesn’t seem to go away.
On this first Sunday of August, Pastor Tai introduces us to a transformative new series: The Conquest of Faith.
James 1: 2-3, states that you should consider it ‘pure joy... whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance’. BUT HOW DO I PERSEVERE YOU ASK?
Having trials, enemies or even ‘frenemies’, are a test of your faith and by running away from or avoiding them, you may be running away from your destiny. Having difficulties allows you to learn more about yourself, strengthen yourself and most importantly strengthen your faith in God. It’s not an easy feat at all, but remember pressure makes diamonds.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Contest of Waiting (Part 3)
In our sermon today, pastor Tai continues the series on the Contest of Waiting. In our last instalment, we got some guidance on what we should not do while we’re waiting on the Lord. Today, we take a deep dive into what we should do as we wait.
Have you ever caught yourself being complacent, procrastinating on achieving your goals or even worse, lacking total trust in God? We learn that these are the qualities of a passive waiter. It’s time to switch things up! But how?
The first thing we learn to do while we wait is to wait ACTIVELY, letting go of pessimism, cynicism and all the other qualities of being a passive waiter. Active waiting is motion with a purpose and preparation without movement! It’s simple: we don’t have to achieve our goals before we start before actively taking steps.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Contest of Waiting (Part 2)
In today’s sermon, Pastor Tai dropped some great gems that will help you during any period of your life where you find yourself having to wait.
No one likes to wait. It’s extremely hard and it is even harder when everyone around you seems to be receiving the blessings that you have been praying for. You may be waiting for a new job, marriage, pregnancy or a property; being patient is not easy.
However, it is essential that you don’t lose focus or try to take control away from God. Keeping focused requires you to: - keep your eyes on the overall vision, - not compare yourself to others; and - not lose courage.
God has not promised us an easy life. But if you let go and let Him take the lead, you can trust that He will never fail you.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Contest of Waiting
This week, Pastor Tai starts a brand new series titled - The Contest Of Waiting. Are YOU currently waiting for a prayer to be answered? This can sometimes be an unenjoyable experience as we usually eagerly expect for an immediate response.
However, What we need to understand, is that the Lord does not operate in realm or the confines of ‘our’ time. He is not confined to Our Calendar, but to His!!
We further learn that Waiting is a contest, a virtue and a fight that one may loose if one does not understand the rules of engagement. Understanding how to wait on His Time, is the greatest secret of success.
We see that many key characters in the bible also had to patiently wait to attain their life’s purpose and blessing, including Our Lord Jesus Himself - who waited patiently for 30 years before starting His Ministry.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Choose What Is Better
Have you ever heard the story of Mary, Martha and Jesus? No? Ok, quick summary: Jesus came to visit and Martha was up and down, cooking, cleaning and serving all the guests. Mary on the other hand, was sitting pretty at the feet of Jesus, taking in every word He said. When Martha started complaining, Jesus told her that Mary had chosen the most important thing, Him.
Now most of the time when you hear this story, you hear about how we should all try to be like Mary, and rightly so! But today, Pastor Tai gives us a balanced view of Martha, a woman who served and complained, but took her complaint directly to Jesus; the only One who could give her a solution.
There are two main takeaways from today’s word, a) start with Jesus; never let Him be a last resort, never exhaust your list of options before going to Him and b) stop fussing! Stop fussing over the things you can’t control, stop fussing over what you can do and what you have ordained and go back to God, that’s where your help will come from. Stop rushing, stop fussing and start resting!

In the last of his series titled ‘Taking ownership; being the ceo of your life’, Pastor Tai encouraged us to push ourselves and take responsibility of our lives. We are all guilty of being passive and forgetting that God created us to have dominion over everything that He has given to us.
Some of the ways you can push yourself, is by learning how to be ok with being uncomfortable. A high performing CEO understands that risks need to be made to run a successful business. Therefore if you want to take control of your life, you must have the faith and try something new. You must also learn to let go of procrastination and take action even if you don’t feel like it.

In the second part of the series, Pastor Tai continues on the lessons of “Being the CEO of your Life”.
In the sermon today, we explore the different ways of taking ownership of our lives and delve deeper into how to take ownership of our lives by investing wisely in ourselves.
What are the types of investments for one’s self? We discuss four distinct types of investments: Emotional, Financial, Physical and Spiritual investments.
When we consider our emotional investments, we are encouraged to avoid worthless stocks that don’t increase our value. Solid relationships are a good type of emotional investment but we must learn how to identify them. Avoiding unprofitable relationships is crucial in presiding over our investments as the CEO of our lives.

It’s so easy for us to blame others for our shortcomings, our failures, but to be honest, at the end of the day, the onus is on you. Before you can become a success in your own right, you must first value your yourself. Your value should not be based on what others think of you, or what you think of others.
Today we are encouraged to accept ourselves and to be kind to ourselves, forgive ourselves of any mistakes, wrong turns we may have taken in the past. Don’t be mistaken, along your journey to success you will need others around you, but remember you are the answer to your own destiny.

So, what’s the one point? Be trainable and coachable! Nothing about character is hereditary, you can’t get it from genes or from DNA. Everything about it is based on what you learn and what you do with what you learn. Training requires stretching and requires sacrifice, it requires that you are emptied so that you can be filled. When you are trainable and coachable, you are pushed beyond what you think you can do and it’s in those moments, that true character is formed.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Supremacy of Character (Part 2)
In the sermon today, Pastor continues the lessons of the Supremacy of Character.
Sometimes when we find ourselves faced with tough and challenging situations, we may need to build and reflect on our character rather than prayer. What could ultimately derail us from progressing in life and our ambitions is our character.
How is your character revealed? We learn that our character revealed through our actions and behaviours. Do we show kindness to those that can’t help us? Are we more courteous to those perceived as more important than us? Is our character fundamentally flawed?
We learn that by changing our behaviours and actions, we can forge good character. To learn more DOWNLOAD. Don’t forget to share.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Supremacy of Character
In this weeks edition of the WT@Home series, Pastor Tai delves deep into the definitions and importance of ones Character. He emphasises the absolute need for we Christians to understand the power of our individual Characters (behaviour) because this is actually what’s required to get us through tough times, personal trials and tribulations. Although Prayer is the Key to overcoming, Character is the true driving force in achieving this.
But What is Character you may ask? Pastor Tai teaches that this is Our True Identity - what he has endearingly termed our ‘Monogram’ (as opposed to Our Instagram😜) This can be considered your personal identifying logo. This is unique to you, is what truly matters and is what God is truly interested in. He even tell us in Proverbs 11:22 that ‘a lack of character mocks true beauty’!! 🥴

Managing your mood is difficult, especially in a world that is not easy, however, it is important to accept that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. By acknowledging this you stop exhausting yourself by trying to fight the battle yourself and surrender the problem to God.
As the bible reminds us in Romans 8:28, “God who is deeply concerned about us, causes all things to work together… according to His plan and purpose”. When we shift our mindset and truly trust and believe that no matter what is happening right now, it is part of our greater good, we are able to overcome negative thoughts.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Sink or Stand
In these incredible times and with so much negativity being spewed across social media – Pastor Tai encourages us to take a stance – to either Sink or Stand. Today, he encourages us to actively take heed to what we listen to, because what we pay cognisance to or ‘hear’ DOES determine what we think and eventually do.
Taking scriptural credence from Mattew 14:28-33 – we examine the interaction between Jesus and Peter. We see that Peter heard the Lord and was actually able to walk on water because of it, however Peter soon began to sink when he heard the storm. Jesus tells us exactly why – Peter doubted.
Doubt creates fear which inturn opens a plethora of negativity in our lives. So in these extraordinary times, be mindful of what you hear and keep your faith, focus and ears on Jesus!
So what choice do you choose to make – Worry🥺 or Worship🙏? C’mon why not take a Stand with The Saviour and Don’t Sink!

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Power Over Adversity
In the darker hour and when trials are the greatest, do you elevate yourself to the next level or wallow in adversity?
Using the the story of the carrot, the egg and the coffee bean, we learn about the 3 types of reactions to adversity. What item stays the same despite negativity and changes the environment it’s in?
With no manual on how to walk this journey in these trying times, Pastor Tai encourages and teaches us three ways to handle adversity.
We learn the importance of staying steadfast and not getting confused by adversity. Most importantly, we must remember that adversity is not a result of lack of faith. Everyone under the sun goes through rough times, but the teaching in Ecclesiastes 7:14 tell us that “…in the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity, consider”. We are encouraged to make the best out of every situation.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Back to Goshen
Over the last few weeks, our world has changed drastically and rapidly. For many of us, we’ve been forced to quarantine ourselves and self-isolate as a safety measure. For most of us, this means that we’ll be spending more time with our loved ones and some of us alone. Rather than focusing on the negative things, or allowing fear to run things, as we face a time of uncertainty regarding our free movement, as individuals, as families and as a community, we are encouraged to pray together, pull together and plan together.
In the midst of what seems like chaos, God has given us a unique ability to seek His face and find not only comfort, but direction for the next phase of our journeys. If we do those 3 things, we’ll see that in our homes, in our lives, our communities and our world, things will begin to change, for good. When we shift our focus on to what God wants to accomplish in this time, we can rest confidently knowing that no matter what, He’s got us.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Building a Family Fortress
To build a home, pursue a fulfilled life with your spouse, you must act with foresight; don’t base everything on what is visible to you right now. The initial beauty of what you see will not sustain a household.
With marriage comes excitement and joy, but amongst this storms will always rise.
This is where a solid foundation, a family fortress is needed as everything in your life that has value must be built by you and not just given in goodwill.
This Sunday Pastor Tai delivers an impact word focusing on the importance of Building a Family Fortress.
The power of acceptance is crucial to erecting a sturdy foundation for yourself and your family for years to come. Acceptance allows you to turn momentary happiness to enduring joy. Trivial things cease to be a focal point allowing you time to nurture the more significant aspects of your family relationship.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Accept love as the Root of the Blessing
This Sunday Pastor Tai continues ‘The Skill of Love’ series teaching us to ‘Accept love as the root of the blessing’.
How do you address the issues in your relationship/ marriage? Do you ever dig deeper to find the root cause of your issues?
In life it is so easy to attach the glory to the shoot instead of the root. We are so enticed by what we can see- money, career, instead of focusing on its foundation. So when problems arise we don’t know where to start. Your marriage seems to be flourishing when money is plenty, but as soon as it disappears, the cracks begin to show. God wants us to realise that the work in LOVE is the true way to your blessing. Investing in your blessing, showing love to your spouse, those around you is what brings you true riches and not the pursuit of money and worldly obsessions.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: 7 Ways to be a More Attractive Person
We live in a world that is obsessed with looks and outward appearance. There is also the misconception that if you have the right look, you will attract the right partner. Some even go to extreme measures to achieve the “perfect look” by going under the knife, taking dangerous substances or going on a bizarre diet.
For our Wednesday bible study, Pastor Tai explained the true meaning of attractiveness. Using King Solomon as an example (who had access to many women as he is recorded to have had 700 wives and 300 concubines!) in Proverbs 31:30 King Solomon concluded that “charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised”.
This shows that being attractive has little to do with looks and just focusing on your physical appearance isn’t enough to sustain a healthy relationship. Having good character is what is important and is the ultimate key to being a more attractive person. Listen to the full sermon now to hear Pastor Tai’s tips on becoming more attractive.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Mastering The Skill of Love
1 John 22-23 - Pastor Tai walks us through the tools we need to master the skill of love.
We learn that love is about aiming to be righteous rather than right. Keeping this at the epicentre of our relationships helps us understand the true meaning of love.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Skill of Love
‘A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another’- John 13:34
Using this scripture, this Sunday Pastor Tai debunks the classic ideologies of love. Today we are taught that love is a skill and not just a feeling. In this day and age where feelings are so fickle one must understand the true fundamentals of love. Many of us base love on our emotions, how we currently feel about a person, but it’s an ability that must be nurtured and continuously developed.
Imagine approaching your relationship as if it were your job. Many of us will traverse the rain, wind, tube strikes to get to work and then we strive arduously to attain that promotion. Would you make the same effort for your partner, for your relationship? Pastor Tai encourages you to focus on what truly matters; whilst it’s so easy to get carried away by what you see around you or even on social media, it is vital that you stay focused on the God’s commandment of love.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Prayer as a Catalyst
This week, while encouraging us to live a life of consecration and reverence to God, more especially during our month of fasting, Pastor Tai delves into a much deeper understanding of the concept of Prayer - titled ‘Prayer as a catalyst’.
Taking scriptural reference from Matt 17:21 we see that prayer (and fasting) acts a spiritual catalyst in effecting change for our life - without undergoing change itself. We learn that Prayer makes everything possible, and is the actual medium linking the physical and the spiritual realms of reality.
Pastor Tai soon brings us to the realisation that Prayer (with Faith) IS the force of change and it is only by instigating and engaging this force that we can truly instigate the desired change for our lives.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: I Am (Watch Night 19)
Happy New Year Everyone!!
With WT welcoming the New Decade in style and heartfelt joyous worship unto the Lord, Pastor Tai encourages us to focus our attention on a Name. Whose name you might wonder? It is the I AM.
Examining Exodus - 3:1-14, we see that Moses felt multiple conflicts (internal and external) when he was called by the Lord to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Moses felt incapable and unqualified to answer this call simply because He did not know exactly WHO he was. It was precisely a man like Moses the Lord wanted to use, but for this to happen Moses needed to know who he was.
Likewise today (this year, this decade) the Lord wants us to know exactly WHO we are. Who we are in Him, to Him and more also to each other. Not only that He wants us to know Who HE IS to us!! For once we begin to know (and understand) the answers, we will confidently be able to answer the question ‘who am I?’ by saying ‘i am....’

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Problems at the Prayer Altar
As we approach the second week of our fast, Pastor Tai highlights a core reason for our fasting during the month of January.
By fasting throughout January, we are setting precedent for the year, establishing an altar for the rest of the decade. Prayer altars are where the divine and human world meet; where places of stability are erected in an environment of instability. God speaks at the altar and there is a constant flow of communication from God to yourself.
Many of have set up our altars, embarked on and finished countless fasts, but it seems God is not hearing us or answering our prayers. People around you seem to be flourishing whilst you remain stagnant and you don’t understand why.
This Sunday Pastor Tai has the answer to your worries as he delves into the various problems that we can face at the prayer altar.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Tool Called Peace
In the penultimate Sunday of the year and indeed decade!! Pastor Tai encourages us to reflect – not in a negative way, but with appreciation and thankfulness. Critically examining Mark4:35-41, we see that the Lord said ‘let us cross over to the other side…(into your 2020)…but a great storm arose. Jesus was asleep peacefully but arose and rebuked the storm, and spoke to the sea and there was calm.
We are encouraged to realise that with Jesus, it doesn’t mean that trials and tribulations will not come your way, but it will not have the authority nor ability to overcome you. We learn that in order for us to overcome the storm He has made 2 great provisions for us, HOWEVER we must physically carry out 2 specific actions by this Grace He has gifted us with.

Pastor Tai continues with the topic “It’s Just a Dip” and today, the message hits home further as we are encouraged to a) keep watching and b) keep worshipping. “Keep watching who?” one might ask.
The Shepherd! The Psalmist knew quite well that provided the Lord was his shepherd, provided he kept his eyes focused on the shepherd and not others, not only would he lack for nothing, but the Shepherd would lead him.
Even in the darkest of times, confidence in the Shepherd who knows the way, who is capable of keeping and comforting you even in the valley, compels you to worship. Worship looks beyond the crisis of the moment and looks to God who is worthy of praise regardless.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Right Deeds for a Great Future (Part 9) - "Financial Transition"
Are you a spendthrift? How do you manage your finances? Do you have someone that keeps you accountable? These are the kinds of questions that Pastor Tai encourages us to ask ourselves in today’s sermon.
As we enter the end of the year with Christmas fast approaching sometimes money can seem a bit tight. We would love to treat our family and friends but it just doesn’t seem possible. Often times the reason for the this is ill-planning- overindulging in nights out with friends, lavish holidays around the world, having the newest wardrobe.
As you do these things, you must remember that your financial future is determined by the decisions you make TODAY. We must learn to live in what Pastor Tai terms ‘daily submissiveness’- submitting our finances to a mission whilst submitting to God. By doing this you are guaranteed wiser financial decisions, financial protection and provision.

This Sunday Pastor Tai concludes the sermon titled Right Deeds For A Great Future - The Phases Of Purpose. In this engaging sermon he takes us through the latter half of the 4 seasons of our lives- Autumn and Winter.
Autumn is our productive season, the season of success. After toiling and preparing through Spring and Summer, this is the time where we should start enjoying the fruits of our labour whilst still being able to cater for our families. Winter is the legacy season where we handover to those coming after us. In this period we learn to let go and fully enjoy the remaining time we have with our loved ones and those around us.
In both of these seasons, Pastor Tai emphasises the importance of investing in one’s self especially taking the time to maintain your health. But remember the success of your Autumn and Winter is nothing without the preparation in Spring and Summer.

“Paying the Price”
For our Sunday service, Pastor Tai delivered a powerful message reminding us that everything we want in life has a price tag. If we expect our goals and ambitions to harvest, it will require us to sow the right seeds by paying the price.
Many people quit tough situations because it gets too hard, forgetting that the issue is the cost they are paying in preparation for the blessing. For example, having a successful marriage will require you to be patient during your single season and reaching your career goals may mean you have to work harder in your current job.

Do you ever question why your journey seems stagnant whilst your friends seem to be progressing? Are you the single one amongst your ever growing circle of married friends?
Today Pastor Tai give us an insight into why at times we doubt our slow yet steady race and in our rush to succeed, we ultimately truncate our end goal.
Our lives are constructed by God in a way that we pass through various seasons and times; our greatest prayer should be that we do not miss them. What we need to understand is that what we do as individuals can influence God’s changes within our lives.
Pastor Tai encourages you see that your life is a seed, as the image of what you intend to be.
Mighty acorn trees grow from what we deem little seeds. Your own seed may be small for now but do not despise it’s size. By staying dedicated, persevering and nurturing your seed through those struggles along the way, your seed is sure to bear mighty fruit.

Powerful sermon led by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Making Room for the King (Part 4)
This week, Pastor Tai continues with the theme - Making Room for the King - examining the importance of Associations.
Taking Psalms 1:1-3 as a scriptural anchor, One of the most effective weapons of the enemy is to breakdown our association with God, which in turn leads to a breakdown of our relationships with each other and ultimate destinies. This was successfully done in the Garden of Eden by the enemy isolating and disassociating Eve from her association with God, which in turn impacted her relationship with Adam, and ultimately truncated man’s perfect association with God.
The simple fact is that your destiny is determined by who you associate with. The more you walk with God, the more you become like God in your thinking.

This week, Pastor Tai continues with the theme ‘Making Room for the King’. We have learnt over the past few weeks that making room for the king in your life brings about abundance and establishment in your life’s endeavours.
In this day and age, we see that many people tend to seek projection and promotion - but without the Dedication required to attain such success. To become a man or woman of distinction, you must have dedication - to the Word of God. Dedication is a commitment wholeheartedly to a purpose or a cause. Dedication that entails death to ‘self’ (ones carnal mindedness), which brings you into partnership with God.

Making room for God enables us to function despite our struggles and dysfunction. Ultimately you are enlarging your coast and allowing space for your own blessings by creating room for him.
As we do this, Pastor Tai emphasises the significance of running ahead and remaining steadfast. As believers we have to fight the good fight and never cease to be faithful in our pursuit of God.
In Luke 19, we learn about Zacchaeus a man despised by all, viewed as a cheat and a scrounger by his town. But he saw beyond the crowd around him and made room for the Lord. In the last of his series on relationships, Pastor Tai talked us through how we can ‘secure a lasting relationship’.
Fear is a major factor that can cause us to let go of a relationship prematurely. Many of us have been hurt by a previous relationship or have parents who did not demonstrate what a healthy marriage looks like and have developed a fear of being hurt as a result. But fear can truly kill love, so it is important to heal from past hurts in order to experience love.
Likewise many people stay in a relationship longer than they should because they fear being single, without realising that something greater could happen when they let go. By asking yourself a few questions highlighted during the message, you can make an effective decision about whether you should stay or leave a relationship.
Pastor Tai also highlighted the importance of understanding the differences between how God created women and men. We have all heard the saying “women are from Venus and men are from Mars”, but if we learn to acknowledge how we are different and the strength in our differences, it can lead to a more lasting and fulfilling relationship.

Continuing on with the topic of ‘The Prerequisites of a Lasting Relationship’, today we take the topic in two parts. To begin, Pastor Tai tackles the question of marrying someone of another faith and the implications of such a decision. In this sermon, we start by addressing the mistakes that many single people who are seeking a godly spouse make. Mistakes like making idols in our hearts, ignoring the vehicle of our destinies and continuing to engage in sexual sin.
From there, we navigate our way through to how to maintain lasting relationships. Last week we established that we need to let God start it. Today we establish that we need to let God shepherd it. Psalm 23:1 confidently declares that “The Lord is my Shepherd”. Many of us our happy to join in and say that with a smile on our faces but when it comes to our relationships, we’re not letting God be our Shepherd.
Taking us through 4 key things that characterise letting God shepherd our relationships, this message, whether single, married or otherwise, will make you consider how you’ve conducted your relationships thus far. Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Generationally Transmitted Trauma in Men
In today’s Father’s Day message, Pastor Tai delivers an usual but powerful message titled ‘Generational Transmitted Trauma’. Using Daniel 10:12-13 and Ephesians 6:12-13, we are reminded that there is more to this life than what meets the eye. We understand that as Christians, the war we fight is not simply against what we see with our eyes but it is against supernatural powers. Yet oftentimes, just like Daniel, we are completely oblivious to the war that rages on because of us.
When we think of legacy, we often think of it being a positive thing. We celebrate people and say, “He/She left a legacy of faithfulness”, often forgetting that as it is in the light, so it is in the dark. Many men are carrying things that they are unaware of, negative things that are having an impact on their lives and on the lives of those around them. Without realising it, they are being subjected to the wiles of powers that cannot be seen with the human eye. Men carry the seed and so when they reproduce, the cycle continues. Thus a pattern of generational brokenness, failure, poverty, depression, anger, abuse and so much more, begins to take root and leaves behind a legacy of destruction.
But these cross generational cycles and patterns can and must be broken. We know we cannot fight with physical weapons but our weapons are mighty through God to pull down strongholds. Our victory is rooted in Christ Jesus and with Him, we can receive our breakthrough.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Prerequisites of a Lasting Relationship (Part 2)
In Part 2 of our Wednesday series, The Prerequisites to Lasting Relationships, Pastor Tai breaks it all the way down! Using the story of Abraham’s search for a wife for his son, we are taught about key lifestyle decisions that single people must make; actions and choices that will determine the success of any prospective relationship.
So, what lessons can we learn from Abraham’s servant who went looking for a wife his master’s son could marry? What can we learn from Rebekah? Firstly, the servant waited. When he arrived in the designated place, he didn’t just jump at the first woman he saw, he waited until the right one came along. Secondly, he watched, he looked beyond the physical beauty and looked deeper into the depth of character that was within Rebekah. Lastly, Rebekah worked. Not only did she give Abraham’s servant water, she watered all of his camels. That’s a lot of watering and a lot of work!
Many single people are just single and not doing anything. They’re not waiting for God’s time or person, they’re not watching or looking for depth of character and they’re not working! In this message we are encouraged to watch, to wait and to work not just so we can all end up in a relationship; but so we can live a fulfilling life of greatness whether we are single or not.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Trusting Your Value (Part2)
What do you base your value on? Is it God, is it man, it is social media?
On this Pentecost Sunday, Pastor Tai dives even deeper into the topic ‘Trusting Your Value’.
We all know that in the real world people don’t pay much attention to your value, your inner worth, most of what they you judge upon is based on your outer self. Many of us shape our appearances, our careers, our lives based on the opinions of others, but does their opinion really matter?
Those that critique you may not even see your value, or in fact they may see it but they know that they can never measure up to your worth. Instead of acknowledging your worth, they choose to devalue you. This can come from your ‘friend’, ‘partner’, ‘work colleague’. Stay clear from those that devalue you, your favour does not come from them. And if the favour you seek is not of God, then ultimately you are compromising yourself.
Pastor Tai also encourages us to avoid basing our value on our position. Your success is not based on what you have but what you do with what you have. Do you add value to others? Do you lift up your fellow man or woman? Even Naomi in her unworthy state was able to add value to Ruth. You may be the Naomi in someone’s life and you have no idea.
Remember life is not a race, a competition, you have nothing to prove. Continue to manifest in your lane and with God nurture your value whilst you enable others to see theirs.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Trusting Your Value
In the first instalment of a new series on Relationships, Pastor Tai teaches on the topic ‘Trusting Your Value’. To most people, the idea of God having a tattoo is outlandish and ridiculous, and yet, the bible tells us that God has tattooed each of our faces on the palms of His hands! But why? Why would God want to tattoo His hands with our faces?
God wants to see us every single day. By tattooing our faces on His hands, He is constantly reminded about us. When He looks at His hands, He sees us as we are and what we will be, and not through the lenses of our mistakes. Why? Because to God, our value and our worth is not contingent on the mistakes of our past. Thankfully, our past mistakes, our past failures are irrelevant to what God wants to do in our future.
After laying that foundation, Pastor Tai begins to teach us about valuing ourselves. The greatest value is the value we place on ourselves and so we must invest in ourselves; we must embrace our originality and refuse to base our value on our mistakes or our problems. The genesis of of every relationship we have, is based on the value we place on ourselves and we must first begin with self.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Transform to Conform (Part 3)
This week Pastor Tai concludes his sermon on Change - Transformed to Conform
Over the Past 2 sessions, we learn that change is a constant in Life and as Christians, to experience true change requires 3 things - Repentance, Release - and for this week - Resilience; which is defined as the ability to cope with change.
As defined in Ecology, resilience is the capacity for an ecosystem to respond to a perturbation/ adverse disturbance by resisting DAMAGE (not change!) in nature, ie resisting the damage done. The ability to bounce back and return to its original form after being perplexed - is known as its resilience. He teaches that this flexibility to change, is most likened to a Stretching. Stretching indicates a conformation to change without attaining a breaking point.
Change requires a resilience obtained by being flexible and having a flexible mindset, as evidenced in 1 Corinthians 9:22.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Transform to Conform (Part 2) This week Pastor Tai continues his teachings by examining Ephesians 4:22-24. We are encouraged that to truly change we need to ’throw off (our) old nature...and let ones thoughts and attitude continually change for the better...’ Change, for those who embrace it, can be a force for progression and positivity but could however be a force of stagnation and depression for those who do not.
Today, we learn that true Change also requires a RELEASE (letting go) Every change in Life brings about its own fare shares of anticipation and fears. These fears can be debilitating and paralysing to progression if not properly addressed. This became evident when the children of Israel were being led from captivity in Egypt to freedom in Canaan, yet their hearts (minds) were still in Egypt because they refused to let go of their past due to uncertainty. To fully embrace the benefits of change, be ready to abandon fear and let go of the old mindset.

God, being the only constant in Life, is who we should anchor our stability in to welcome change for the greater good. Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Separation or ParticipationFor our Palm Sunday service, Pastor Tai delivered a message that was led by Romans 12:2. The scripture reminds us to “not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind”.
There are Christians who enjoy the comfort of coming to church and relish elements of service, according to their personal desires; however, when there is a sermon that challenges their thinking and encourages them to transform their minds to really understand God’s will, they become uncomfortable.God is looking for Christians that will share their convictions with others, even if it contradicts the way of the world.
It is important for us to remember that we must desire a life of holiness rather than happiness and that at times requires separation for the full transformation process to take place.

Description Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Power of the Fruit of The Spirit
Pastor Tai teaches us about the Fruit of the Spirit; the real evidence of a true Christian. The fruit of the Spirit controls the spirit, soul and body.
Love, Joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control, all encompass the Fruit. We learn that Love embodies all nine aspects of the Fruit.
Why do we need the fruit of the spirit?

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Following God’s Will: Part 3
Continuing with the Teachings on Gods Will, Pastor Tai teaches on the ACCEPTANCE of Gods Will for our life.
Nowadays, it seems one of the most difficult things Christians struggle with today is Accepting Gods Will for our Life, even when we have heard from Him. This is a trait found in ‘Casual Christians’ – those wanting to be numbered among the flock but have no intention of following the Shepherd. Some Christians want the convenience and blessings of His Word but not the perceived ‘inconvenience’ of His Will itself.
The Lords Word and Will for our life cannot come back void, and we, as Christians should take this to heart.
We learn in Proberbs 1:23 that We need to Turn (yield) to the Word first, and He Will Turn for us. However, To access this ‘Turning’ (Will of God), Purity is required.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: My Perfect Mother: (The Holy Spirit)
On this very special Mother’s Day, Pastor Tai delivers a special message aimed at all the lovely mothers out there. As mothers, sometimes our roles can seem mundane and unworthy, leaving us feeling unloved, or unappreciated. Today Pastor Tai wants women to throw away these notions but instead remember that as women, as mothers, we are crucial foundations of the world.
Mothers are messengers. To you that may seem worthless and menial but you couldn’t be further from the truth. Many women in the Bible did not have a great start in their lives but eventually they rose above the challenge and became celebrated women of influence. Women such a Ruth, or even Rahab, a prostitute, were able to turn their lives around leading them to be the examples we learn from today. Let your past be your past and work on perfecting your future. Your life is a message that you will use to be an influence onto generations to come.
Pastor equates the role of the mother to that of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is often the unseen one, the person we do not pay cognisance to, just like the mother. However, the Holy Spirit, comforts, instructs and leads. In your home, the woman, the mother, is the Holy Spirit.
Mothers out there you are doing a fabulous job. Through the good and the bad, keep pushing, God has got you. Whether you are married, with a partner or a single mother, you are in a relationship with God and He is your strength, He will carry you through.
WT wishes you a lovely Mother’s Day! To listen to this message and learn the value of a mother, DOWNLOAD NOW. Be sure to share with family and friends.
Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Following God’s Will: Part 2
As Christians today, knowing what God wants and says about your life will save you a great deal of heartache and pain on your journey through life. This however requires the ability to discern between the voice of The Word (His Voice), and the voice of the World. Hearkening to the voice of the world, as we will see, often brings about sorrow and hardship in the long run.
As expressed in Proverbs 3:5-6. We are to ‘Trust God from the bottom of our hearts, and listen for Gods voice in everything we do, because He is the one that will keep you on track.
Ignoring the Word of God is like allowing ‘termites’ gnaw away at the insides of a weight-bearing timber beam. Although it is still perceived to be strong externally, it eventually crumbles and leads to catastrophe.
So, How can you discern the difference between Gods Word and that of your carnal cravings you might wonder? Pastor Tai’s message encourages you to first ask yourself a few sincere questions.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Obeying the Prompting of the Holy Spirit
This morning, Pastor Tai teaches us about Obedience: compliance, agreement and submission to Authority – that is, the Holy Spirit.
Why do we fail to obey or ignore prompting?
Sometimes, we believe that the world has more to offer us than the word of God. But we are not of the world.
We underestimate the power of Obedience to Authority (the Holy Spirit) and we tend to ignore His Promptings (that little voice of reason that is mostly ignored).
However, Once you do tune in to the voice, hear His Word and choose to follow His instruction, the ask for wisdom and understanding in knowing just how to execute the actions.
We must remember that whenever we bypass God, we live a reckless life! We don’t obey because it is convenient. We obey because it required by our Authority.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Devine Motivator
Following on from our last message, Pastor Tai teaches us about the Holy Spirit as our Divine Motivator.
In a world that constantly looks for ways to improve comfort, we have to remember to anchor our lives to God, otherwise the comfort we seek will only be temporary.
The Holy Spirit is our Comforter, our Motivator that infuses Confidence within us. The Holy Spirit also brings Correction in our lives. In fact, we have to be taken out of our comfort zone to receive comfort sometimes. But we can always rest easy knowing that our motivator will always be with us because the Holy Spirit is our Covering!

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Devine Generator
This Sunday Pastor Tai gives us the tools to unlocking our Power and using it for greatness.
Power is a tool that we all strive to obtain in our daily lives, whether it be in our jobs, in our relationships, in school.
With power comes efficiency, might and the ability to get results.
But how do you attain this power?
We may go to the gym, work til we drop, attend all the classes, but what we do not realise is that we need power to use our own power to overcome trials and principalities. And this power does not come from man, it comes from the Holy Spirit.
Your strength comes from God, He is a divine generator and operator of your destiny. Without the generator you are at a standstill.
When hard times come, it is very easy to think that we can deal with things alone, do fine by ourselves. But remember, you were not created to fight battles by your own strength.
The same way God gave David the capacity to defeat Saul and prepare him for where he was taking him next, He is ready to do the same for you, you just have to let Him in.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: The Magnetic Force of Prayer
As we continue on in our month of prayer and fasting, setting the pace for our year of convergence, today we hear a word of reminder. In a short but poignant message, we are reminded that prayer changes things.
Life gets so busy that setting aside the time to pray is difficult. When there’s one thing after the other to constantly occupy our time, making time to spend with our Maker is often the thing that suffers. But this isn’t how it should be! Spending time with God is what produces fruit that lasts, it’s what brings us fulfilment.
Today, Pastor Tai shares 3 nuggets for what prayer does: 1) is reveals God’s purpose, 2) it reveals His power and; 3) it brings His provision. To hear more of how prayer can make the difference in your life, especially during a time of fasting.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba The Convergence (Part 1)
Rounding up 2018 in style, Pastor Tai encourages all and sundry to simply ‘LET GOD’!!
Let God take the Centre Stage in all things in your life for until we allow Him, things continue to be achieved with difficulty, if even at all. Examining Genesis in detail, we see that the Lord created everything from nothing, He created order out of chaos.
We learn that it is by the Power of God inside us – that brings into existence the life that we desire. We might be able to do this on our own toil, but this is usually temporary and requires excess effort. Existence with The Lord brings Permanence and Peace.
As you journey into 2019, be rest assured and do just one thing – LET GOD!
Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba The Convergence
Taking Colossians 15:17 as a scriptural foundation, we discover that ‘Jesus is the manifestation of the invisible God....And Holds all of Creation together’. In line with the sub theme of 2019 ‘Let God Be the Centre Stage of your Life’ - Pastor Tai teaches that the Lord IS the magnetic force that attracts goodness into your life. Once you seek Him out and make the Him the Centre, the positive changes that subsequently happens becomes permanent. By inviting him in, YOU become a product (and beneficiary) of that which He, the Almighty Creator, has created. Make God the Centre Stage this year as:
This, we learn, is the true source of Convergence in ones life.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba Follow Through with Praise
As the end of 2018 draws near, this tends to be a time of reflection on how the past year has been for us. We often make the mistake of rounding up our experiences by “boasting” on what the devil has done by focusing on the negative things that has happened throughout the year.
However, during today’s service, Pastor Tai reminded us that we need to shift our focus and “boast” about what God has done. No matter how challenging 2018 may have been for you, you have so much to be thankful for, therefore we must step into 2019 with praise.
Going into the new year with praise means you must lay all the good and bad that happened in 2018 at the altar. Just as Hannah did when she was praying for a baby; the moment Hannah let go and gave all her trust to God, there was a turnaround. Pastor Tai also encouraged us to affirm the promises of God, with praise, over the new year and launch into 2019 with confidence because the word of God never fails.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba The Heart of Christmas (Part 3)
A Merry Christmas to all from Worship Tabernacle.
This Christmas as we celebrate the BIRTH of Jesus Christ, Pastor Tai rounds up the ‘Heart of Christmas’ giving us the last of our three gifts, the ‘Gift Of Hope’.
The very essence of Christmas is the Gift of Hope; knowing that you will make it.
Hope knows who is with you and when YOU have hope you will know that GOD is with you.
At this time of the year, we often reflect upon what we have or haven’t achieved, the things we may or may not have amassed, but Christmas reminds us that the favour of God is not in what you see or have, but in your hope in Christ. Mary gave birth to our saviour in the most unfavourable conditions, but through it all she saw the favour of God, she had in hope in Christ, knowing that with God all things are possible.
Christmas shows us us that God is continuously working in our lives, He does not sleep nor slumber. Christmas also reminds us that with the gifts of value, grace and hope, there is always a way. Today may not be what you planned it to be, but it sure is better than what the devil planned it to be.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba The Heart of Christmas (Part 2)
This Sunday Pastor Tai revisits last week’s sermon on ‘The Heart Of Christmas’ illustrating to us the true meaning of Christmas.
As Christians we should be able to inject unspeakable joy into the lives of others, without forgetting the significance of the gift given to us- Jesus Christ. How we behave towards others at Christmas is a true representation of our relationship with a Christ.
Today Pastor Tai focuses on the gift of grace’ in other words, ‘the gift of forgiveness’.
Many of us have spent days, weeks or many years holding malice, resentment towards others, even our own family members, ultimately associating Christmas with the unfortunate times in our lives. What you don’t know is that this bitterness stifles your progress in life leaving you unable to succeed.
Using the story Joseph and Mary as an example, Pastor Tai highlights the importance releasing the hold of anger and allowing grace to take its place. Joseph could have scorned Mary for having a child that was not conceived by him, but instead he chose the path of righteousness that brought him closer to God.
This Christmas give way to grace, be righteous and not just right; focus on reconciliation and not resolution; call that friend/ family member that you have not spoken to for years and see the difference it will make in your life.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba The Heart of Christmas
In the lead up to Christmas, so many things are happening. Parties, celebration, exchanging of gifts and most importantly for some, a lot of food! But is that really what Christmas is about?
Christmas means many things to different people. For some, it’s a time of grief, sorrow, depression, financial difficulty. For others it’s a happy time, spent with loved ones, sharing food and all that other food stuff. Yet, in the midst of all that, many people have forgotten about the heart of Christmas; Jesus.
We hear it all the time but it’s true, Jesus is the reason for the season! The heart of Christmas is the beautiful gift that God gave us in His son Jesus Christ, the Messiah. Today, Pastor Tai encourages us to do as God did and give gifts of value. The gift may not be a physical gift, it could be a smile, it could be a hug, it could be your time. But whatever gift you give, make sure it’s one of value.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba Fix Your Eyes
Philippians 3: 13-14
As we begin to wrap up and reflect on the last 11 months, we are encouraged to fix our eyes on God, who teaches us how to turn negatives to positives.
As humans, we are easily distracted by things that will give us (temporary) happiness. But how can we keep focus and momentum to press forward?
We must avoid looking back into the past. We’ve got to see our falls and mistakes as learning processes rather thank losing experiences.
Remember, the race we are running with Christ is not a completion. But it requires concentration! So you must focus your eyes on Him.

In our sermon today, we are encouraged to be generous in all our endeavours. We learn that the secret to obtaining joy, prosperity and wealth is Giving. Those in need around us are God’s given assets for us to have an opportunity to bless others.
True Giving is a lifestyle not a religious obligation and so we must learn to enjoy sowing seeds without expectation. In fact, we will become greater than what we are willing to give up.
To truly give, we must be generous to Man and Honour and Love God. We give to the Lord by giving our tithes and offerings.
Tithing is an opportunity to obtain protection, possession and prosperity.

"Fighting Financial Depression"
This week, continuing with the Theme: Overcoming Financial Depression - Pastor Tai teaches on The Money Vision. We learn it is the Mismanagement of money that forms the basis of many a financial depression today.
Intriguingly, we learn that Money requires an actual vision (Purpose) for it not to lead to depression. Taking scriptural foundations from Pro 21:20 we see that Money actually stays with those who have a vision for it and wherever you find yourself (financially) tomorrow is a direct correlation of what you allow yourself to see today.

"Beating the Debt Trap"
As we continue on in this series about managing and tackling debt, Pastor Tai brings us a message about the ‘D’ word. DEBT! A little over 100 years ago, being in debt was a thing of embarrassment. No one wanted to be seen to be owing anyone anything. The stigma associated with debt has faded over the years and now it’s virtually impossible to meet anyone who isn’t in debt in one way or the other.
Taking a cue from the title ‘Beating the Debt Trap’, we delve into some of the key indicators that one has a problem with debt. Pastor highlights some red flags like, living on credit instead of cash, paying off one debt with another debt, being declined for loans or being granted a loan but under poor terms. Quite quickly, these tell tale signs keep you trapped in a cycle of debt and the aim to be financially free, drifts further and further away from you.
So, how I we get out of debt? Are there any steps I can take that’ll break me out of the debt trap? Yes! Today, Pastor Tai gives us 10 steps towards coming out of debt. Head over to the website now and listen to this message that will as always, make you laugh but make you think deeper.

"Faith is the Currency"
In this Wednesday’s service we probed further into the topic of Financial Depression.
Food for thought: You can have all the money in the world and appear blessed, but are you really blessed?
Many of us place our self-worth on our wealth, how well we do in our jobs, what cars we drive. Often by doing this we lose sight of God, choosing to place our trust in money to get us through the journey of life, instead of God Himself.
Pastor Tai reminds us that faith is the true currency on which we should rest. Instead of becoming so consumed with the ‘getting’ we should be preparing ourselves for God’s timly giving. By wasting your time chasing the world’s system to progress in life, ultimately you pay the price.
Understandingly it is difficult to shed the life-long money dependent values we have acquired from our parents and those around us, but in this sermon you will gain the key steps that will enable you to use faith as the true currency in your life.

“Transitioning through Worship”
The greatest way to break free from depression is to transition through worship. Our praise and worship must not be regulated by our circumstances but by who we know God is.
Worship really means bowing wholeheartedly before God. Bowing down to God humbles us before the Lord and helps us to have a direct contact with Him.

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6-7 NLT
Today we round up our encouraging series on tackling depression. We are reminded that whilst depression is normal, we must avoid lingering in it. To do this, we must Travail in Prayer.
Prayer succeeds when all things have failed. However, we must not seek prayer only as a last resort. If we can’t pray, we can’t experience transition.
One reason why we must travail in prayer is because prayer gives us strength. It gives us ammunition not to give up! When we travail in prayer, we allow God’s peace to settle our minds.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Taking Control of your Emotions (Part 4) “Getting Unstuck From Depression” (Part 3)
‘Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking of yourself less’. How often do you help others? Are you able to maintain this help even in your lowest of days?
Continuing the series on Depression, today Pastor Tai highlights the importance of spreading positivity and helping others even in your own times of need. Battling depression requires us to wage and win war over our feelings, however instead of us looking inwards to help ourselves, we should invest in others, ‘turn someone’s life around’ and be a blessing unto them. The reward of giving is priceless and no matter your circumstances in life, you should always have the ability to give.
Unfortunately, we live in a generation where individuals are becoming more selfish, destroying themselves with the ‘entitlement mentality’, whilst consumed with their own struggles. However, achieving fulfilment and happiness in life comes from making others happy and not from self-indulgence. By giving, you become even less engrossed in your own concerns and challenges and overtime those burdens become things of the past.
Today, Pastor Tai wants us to shed the ’entitlement mentality’ and attain the ‘Mordecai mentality’. To learn exactly what this is and how to do so, DOWNLOAD to listen to this enriching sermon.

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Taking Control of your Emotions (Part 3) "Getting Unstuck From Depression" (Part 2)
As we continue on with our series on depression, today Pastor Tai teaches on how to get unstuck from depression. In a very short but poignant message, we are taught the first thing we need to do to defeat depression; trust the love of God.
For many, the root of their depression is an earnest and sometimes voracious appetite to be acknowledged, recognised and loved by other people. In doing so, we ignore God, the One who loves us truly and faithfully. The end result is that find ourselves further and further away from His love.
Today’s message directs us to truly trust in God’s love for us. For us to trust, we must first accept His love for us and accept His image of us.

Continuing on the theme - Taking Back Control, Pastor Tai teaches on how to Guard (yourself) against Depression with this message entitled "Doorways Of Depression"
‘Guard your heart for out of it are the issues of life’ - Yes, Yes, you’ve heard that before but have you ever pondered on just exactly what it means to ‘guard’ your heart!? It means you actively take control and filter what goes into your mind (and soul). You see, your soul is your whole entire being, responsible for your well being, directly related to your heart and dictates the course of your life. The soul therefore is under constant worldly attack, and if left unguarded, could lead to differing forms of depression. The worst thing is - many of us are completely oblivious of this warfare!

Powerful message by Pastor Tai Adeshugba: Taking Control of your Emotions (Part 2) "Getting Unstuck From Depression"
Did you know that your life is made up of 3 elements?
In our sermon today, Pastor Tai describes these 3 moving parts - the Spirit, Soul and the Body. We learn that the Spirit element makes us “God conscious”, the Soul makes us “Self conscious” and the Body makes us “World conscious”.
The major battle is against the Soul, which makes the connection with the Spirit that guides and directs the Body. The devil attacks the Soul and forces us to accommodate depression.
We are encouraged to understand that although depression is not a sin, we can make a choice to respond to it by transferring it to God and take immediate action! (James ch 4: v7)
You’ve got to fight! Firstly, you might need to fight comparison. Comparing yourself with others subordinates and minimises your own values and wants, making us pursue a path that is not ours. Your mission should be to be a better version of yourself.

Following on from the story of the boy that was healed in the bible (Mark 9: 14-27), Pastor Tai continues his teachings on dealing with doubt. Today, we tackle the temptation to follow the blueprint of others without acknowledging God’s existence our lives.
Have you ever been in trouble or in desperate need of guidance and advice? In such times, do you run first to your “role models” or (perceived) successful people? Pastor Tai explains that seeking the Lord and His wisdom is the only source of help when we dealing with such situations.
When faced with troubles and trials, we are encouraged to seek and trust His help.

Continuing on on last weeks message ‘You are greater than your Location’, Pastor Tai teaches a second instalment of this great message.
Continuing on the Theme: Conquering the Spirit of Doubt.
Taking scriptural foundations from 2 Kings 2:19-22 - we learn that in Life, there will always be challenges which arise which brings about doubt. Little do we know this is usually down to a specific location and situation.
According to Dan 10:12-13, we learn that there are actually principalities and powers operating at specific locations. We find that during trials and tribulations in life, some people fight and focus only on the challenge - but completely disregard its location. You need to know your challenges location and more importantly YOUR location.

Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 1)
Pastor Tai kicks off the month of March with an unmissable message titled ‘Mentality? It’s up to you’.
Challenging ignorant mentalities, he teaches from the book of Joshua about christian attitudes towards covenant promises.
In stark contrast to modern-day christians, Israel understood Canaan was a reality that must be fought for!
Listen, and gain perspective on 'The Entitlement Mentality' and find out how to conquer it.
Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 2)
Do you ever feel like you are ‘making moves’ but your hard work is in vain? Do you ever feel stuck, unable to move forward?
Today Pastor Tai addresses what he terms the ‘Treadmill Mentality’. People with this type of mentality are always moving, yet they are going nowhere. To the outside world they seem to be doing something but nothing is actually happening. All talk and no action. Often these people have an excess load, (relationship issues, debt) that they can’t seem to shake, which also hinders their progress.
Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 7)
In the seventh instalment of the “It’s up to You” series, Pastor Tai teaches us about the Fear Mentality. Fear is something that we all encounter in one way or the other. In fact, there more than 200 different types of phobias! These phobias induce such fear that most people are unable to control their reactions when confronted with it.
Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 6)
In celebration of the life of our dearly beloved sister, Pastor Tai teaches us about the Selfish mentality; a mentality that only considers our own needs.
We are encouraged to live selfless lives to bless others and fulfil our purpose. Happiness does not come through selfishness but through selflessness.
One way we can overcome this Selfish mentality is to keep loving others, even if we feel they don’t deserve it. God will not bless those that prioritise pleasure over people. In fact, we cannot receive help from God if we don’t help others.
Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 3)
Using the story of king Uzziah of Jerusalem, Pastor Tai teaches us about another mentality that limits our rising (2 chronicles 26:1-23).
God is looking for those of his children that will honour Him, submit to Him and above all resist the know-it-all mentality.
Like Uzziah, having an “Independent Mentality” isolates and keeps us from promoting the word of God. Tai shares how to deal with this mentality and in so doing shows us 3 attributes of great followers.
If you’re going to rise – It’s up to you…
Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 5)
Today's message continues with the insightful theme ‘"Mentality? It Is Up To You’, and Pastor Tai explores the ‘Validation Mentality’.
Nowadays our validation has become our identification, many of us basing our happiness on trivial obsessions such as how many likes we can get on Instagram or how many people share our blog post. Some of us do not feel like we have done anything valuable until we get the approval of man.
So the question is: would you rather be popular with man or popular with God? Find out more...
Part of the "Mentality? It’s Up To You" Series (Part 4)
On the fourth instalment of our current series “It’s Up to You”, Pastor Tai takes us on a journey of understanding the importance of obedience. Over the past few weeks, we have looked at 1) The Entitlement Mentality 2) The Treadmill Mentality, 3) The Independent Mentality and lastly, today 4) The Obedient Mentality.
Using the same scripture as last week, 2 Chronicles 26, Pastor Tai further unravels the tragic story of King Uzziah; a king who started out well but made a mistake that cost him his kingdom, his legacy and ultimately his life.
Today we are encouraged to recognise the importance of obedience and humility. In a world that so often tempts us to exalt ourselves, tempts is to depend on the praise and adulation of others, we can find ourselves so steeped in pride that we lose all sense of reverence and humility before God.
We all know that one person that likes to hold a pity party for themselves. They moan, they grumble, they’re constantly seeking validation from others, they’re always trying to hide away from others and they’re almost always super dramatic!
At the root of it, self-pity is an inability to accept a situation and an unexpressed thirst for sympathy. It makes you portray yourself as a victim of circumstance and absolves you of any kind of accountability and responsibility. As believers, self-pity dresses itself up as righteous indignation and is generally the underlying cause of burn out. It chokes out faith and drains us of any kind of hope.
In today’s message, Pastor Tai challenges behaviour and thought patterns of self-pity. With both humour and wit, he teaches 4 scriptural tools to combating and expelling an attitude of self-pity from our lives.
Pastor Tai continues with the message of doubt and it’s distinction with unbelief. Through the story of the boy possessed with evil spirits (Mark 9:14-29), he encourages us to “doubt” our doubts. This is important because the longer we carry weights of doubt, the stronger it becomes and overpowers us.
How do we move forward when faced with doubts? Psalm 94:19 encourages us to pray with doubt. With sincere prayer, God can lift off all the weights we are burdened with.
We also need to paralyse our doubts. Remember God’s goodness yesterday, His presence today (and you are never alone) and His promises for tomorrow!
Lastly, we must proceed with our doubts. Press on without being weighed down by your feelings and lean in the mercy of God.
Part 2 of the "Going The Distance Series"
In this instalment of the new series ‘Going the Distance’, Pastor Tai focuses on staying in 'The Place of Prayer'.
Prayer is the key to maintaining our stamina in this race. When we remain in a place of prayer, we tap into a supernatural realm that empowers and emboldens us to press on forward.
Part 3 of the "Going The Distance Series"
Pastor Tai continues on the 3rd instalment of the theme – Going the Distance – by delving into the true meaning of “Practicing Devotion”.
Examining James 4:1-8 as scriptural basis – He teaches that Devotion IS the mystery of distinction and along with dedication – is bound to get us through any adversity we might encounter in life. He also emphasises on the importance of Honour, for true devotion is impossible without it.
Part 4 of the "Going The Distance Series"
In today's message, Pastor Tai delves into the ‘Pastures of Patience’, examining it’s importance in helping us ‘Stay in the Place’ to attain our true Rising.
Taking scriptural foundations from the book of Hebrews 10:36 – we learn that one of the most crucial aspects of Faith is Patience – and this is key to our understanding of Gods plans for our lives.
He teaches that Patience is the character we develop in the place of prayer that enables us to transcend the challenges in our lives.
Part 5 of the "Going The Distance Series"
In today’s message, we learn about the Power of people. We are largely influenced by the company we keep. The company we keep can either help us or distract us, they can strengthen or they can weaken; they can put us at an advantage or at a disadvantage and they can sharpen us or cut us.
Pastor Tai gives us 3 important things to practice when dealing with people. First, we must learn when to sever and separate ourselves from some people. Secondly, we must learn how to seek people; learning when and how to ask for help. Lastly, Pastor Tai emphasises on serving people. When we serve, the way Christ taught us, we add value to the kingdom. If we’re adding value to the kingdom of heaven, why won’t God bless us?!
Part 8 of the "Going The Distance Series"
What does worship mean to you? What kind of worshipper are you? Pastor Tai emphasises to us that worship is not just confined to the church, it is more than your weekly service, it is a lifestyle.
As a Christian, worship must be engrained into every aspect of your life and not reduced to a mere occasional activity. Our lifestyles should give glory to God and showcase the good that He is doing in our lives. A life steeped in Jesus Christ leaves an aroma that enables others to be drawn to Christ. We are all faced with daily struggles and worldly interferences but despite this, God still deserves our worship.
Find out how obedience and a single minded attitude to Christ can lead to a true lifestyle of worship.
Part 7 of the "Going The Distance Series"
Romans 4: 18-21, Psalms 34:1
Pastor Tai draws his message from the story of Abraham, who by faith believed God’s promise and praised the Lord even before it happened.
He explains the distinction between Thanksgiving, Praise and Worship. Giving praise unto God helps us to preserve the blessings. We praise God because of the essence of His character, whether or not we have received our hearts’ desires.
We also learn that praise is an expression of our faith and not our feelings. As such, Pastor Tai guides us on how to praise God at all times.
Fear and discouragement are two of the most effective weapons in Satan’s arsenal. Both are easy to acquire but extremely difficult and expensive to be rid of. So how do we recognise the symptoms of discouragement? And how do we insure ourselves against them?
Throughout the bible, God demonstrates His capacity as builder, creator, maker, etc. God call us all to be builders just like him. To succeed and thrive in the modern world, we cannot afford to be fair-weather builders. We must recognise the value of cultivating and sustaining an attitude that disappoints discouragement; disables conflict; and, conquers difficult moments. What does joy look like? How can you build with joy?
