This podcast discusses the role of the instructor in the composition classroom towards student success and development. Through the expert opinions, we will learn about the multidimensional environment provided within the composition classroom can aim towards student growth. Interview method, through student opinion, allows the audience to understand the experiences of students in order for the professors to implement some strategies so that they can help their students in an effective manner. This podcast discusses some of the nuances of genre-based learning with the ethical considerations that one needs to take during the research conduct and how can the research contribute towards the academic debates in the field of composition. Through expert opinions, we will learn how and with what kind of implementation of steps by the professor, will enable and smoothen the genre-based learning experience for students. This podcast will address whether the participants should have access to the data or not. If yes, how and to what extent because student opinion (i.e the participant opinion) is essential to any study as they add to the findings through their personal experiences. Happy listening!
