Starting with Jack Easthope a health professional trained in Neuro Kinetic Therapy, UKSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Massage and Functional Health Solutions.
Jacks knowledge on the body and in particular the nervous system and how the body reacts to stress leads him to one of his opening statements in this episode.
"Over time in my role I realised that everything is triggered via stress first and foremost including injuries, poor performance, poor nutritional choices and poor behaviours, everything grows from that stress. So we've got to own it, take charge of it, manage it and once that's out of the way we can start to become pain free, eating better, moving better and getting the results that we want." - Jack Easthope
ENJOY THE EPISODE :)
This episode is a dialogue on being honest with where you are at rather than the causal default setting many of us run off which negates our reality and actually stops us from taking action and dealing with our stressors!
