Day 2 of the HR and L&D Innovation and Tech Festhas shed light on how #hrtech has been changing for the past 10 years, and the 2020 pandemic has served as an accelerant.
It was exhilarating to catch up with Jason Averbook and discuss how companies need to be even more agile in the #nowofwork and learn to simultaneously play offense and defense. Work-life integration requires us to look beyond the work that people are doing and focus in on the holistic, human experience. This is what will drive a true #digitaltransformation.
It’s about transparency. 100% of the time. It’s a blend life. A huge thanks to having Jarrod McGrath from SmartWFM tune in and share his take on making work more human.
If you missed the conference, stay tuned for more great highlights!
