How much time are you spending in the possibility of having what you desire?
Our brain is programmed to focus on what won’t work, what could go wrong, and all the reasons why we can't have it or why we're not capable of creating it.
Nothing has gone wrong.
This is simply your brain's way of keeping you safe.
But, this is also an unintentional way of being and operating in your life.
We want to be intentional, and purposeful, and use our higher brain to direct our lives.
In this episode, we share how you can tap into your higher-thinking brain and drive your thoughts and emotions with purpose and intention, and as a result, make what you thought was impossible a reality in your life.

Are you sure? Like reallly, reeeaaallyy sure?
We all like to think that there are things we know for sure and that gives us benefits like feeling safe, being comfortable, it makes life manageable and gives us a code to live by.
Why in the world would you want to give those up in exchange for uncertainty and un-knowing?!
Well! Life becomes less rigid, we become much more connected to the world around us and we definitely develop more tolerance and compassion to those who are different from us…just to name a few.

We get to create the life we desire and it starts with our thoughts. A Course In Miracles teaches that there are no neutral thoughts. This is a heavy statement since it means that every single thought we think is creating the reality we're experiencing.
In this episode of the SDHL podcast, we unpack this a bit and share our thoughts on how you can leverage your thought power to create a life that you love.
When it comes to being a leader, we usually think about leading others. The more important question is... "Are you a self leader?". Do you need external forces to tell you who you are, set your goals and keep you motivated and validated?
In order to lead yourself, you need to step away and see yourself as a project to be managed and grown. What are your strengths? Your values and goals? And how will you keep yourself accountable?
In this Episode we dive into the journey of becoming your own leader and taking full responsibility for your life!

We think that if we change the circumstance for ourselves or for others, things will change.

Chances are you're taking in a lot of information. In today's information age, consuming information is just part of life and if you're anything like us...you probably love this because you value learning and growing.
At what point, though, have we consumed enough? Is there even such a thing? Or should we be striving for a balance between the information and content we consume and then actually doing something with that information (i.e. applying what you learned).
In this week's episode of the She Designs Her Life Podcast, we share our thoughts and insights as to why we (entrepreneurs) must find a balance between that which we consume and the action we take from what we've learned.

We talk a lot about mindset, what we’re thinking and how we’re feeling and we wanted to make sure that we give some attention to the importance of taking action towards your goals.
John Ruskin said: "What we think and what we believe is of little consequence. The only consequence is what we do."
So, if you’re not seeing the consequences (ie. the results you want in your life)...YES, it could be in part due to your thinking BUT it may very well be that you’re not taking enough action.
Perhaps you’re not taking any action at all because:
*In this episode, we discuss why it is so important to take intentional action and why your thoughts and feelings need to be aligned with the type of action you take. human...that's all.

You see, we have sooo many money stories that have been passed from one generation to the next that it can feel totally overwhelming, and somewhat hopeless to try and change it. You may even be looking at some of the statements above and be thinking...but it's true.
It's not. #justsaying
John Demartini said: "If you don't put value on wealth, and actively seek it, you will never receive it."

So, how do we raise our money consciousness and the relationship we have with it? We break it down in this episode!
