She had a third brain tumour removed in October 2019 and had to take four months off but didn't suffer any loss of income because of how she'd built her business - knowing the tumour might come back again.

Beth won 44 caps in Wales Hockey over a career spanning 15 years.
She has been a board member of Welsh Cycling and has worked for several national governing bodies of sport. Since retiring from sport Beth has also worked as a commentator, reporter and presenter for a range of broadcasters covering international football, Premier League, Championship and League Two football, International and Pro 14 rugby, the Cardiff Half Marathon, International Cricket, Hockey, Ice Hockey, Netball and the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

LGBTQ People in Sport - Luke Strong
Luke is a British trampoline gymnast. Strong won bronze at the 2014 European Championships. He nearly lost his leg in 2009 when he sustained a severe injury during a training session.
Strong, has carved out quite the reputation for himself in the sport. He has become a British champion on five separate occasions, as well as being a European and world medalist, even winning the “first British senior medal at a European level” in over 20 years.
In this episode, I chat to British Olympic race walker. We chat about his biggest challenge and lessons learnt. How his coming out improved his performance, how he had 90% positivity and opened up new opportunities that he never dreamed of. I thoroughly enjoyed my chat with Tom, he's an engaging, intelligent fun guy.
Jess Fishlock MBE is a professional athlete. She plays professional football. Having played football all over the world and recieved an MBE from The Prince of Wales in 2018, she is also the most capped palyer for her country, wales.

Back in 2012, a few months after the birth of Helen's daughter, her world changed forever. The career she loved for 15 years as a corporate trainer and leadership coach suddenly seemed like a whole world away. Her confidence and self-esteem was at rock bottom and she couldn’t even face speaking to friends or people in the street. Helen decided she couldn’t go back to work and instead started a small business from home where she could stay safely hidden from the outside world.
