NFL playoffs and the college football championship is upon us as fantasy playoffs end and Austin celebrates his back to back fantasy championship win. The offseason is also starting for many NFL teams to find head coaches and general managers.

Week 8 of the NFL was a rough one for our teams but multiple contenders for game of the week! College football rankings don't have much change and fantasy football is a wasteland at some positions.
Sometimes we get caught up in the mindset that everything has to be planned out exactly how things are going to go, but on this episode I explore how sometimes that isn't the best thing to do. Join me once again in exploring this topic that I'm learning to get better at, and I invite you to do the same. The way we adapt and adjust to situations determines the outcome and I invite you to become more flexible with me!
